What does a pokemon collecting community entail exactly? Only time I visit LJ is to grab albums from a music downloading community and some COAT WEST stuff.

Chrome isn't bad with css :x FF takes 15 seconds too long to start up on this computer lol
 
n_n Um, basically people share their collections and sell Pokémon stuff. It is addicting but very bad for my wallet, orz.
 
Well unless it's better now? I remember coding on it and it just ended up like IE does. Though I'm open to interpretation I think that was the reason I opted against Chrome. Lol, I have an LJ account but I ended up just coding a page and ditching it XD
 
I had a budew plushie and a shellos plushie because they were being clearanced out at Target o3o
 
WHILE WE ARE CONVENIENTLY ON THE TOPIC OF POKEMON MERCHANDISE (i didn't plan this i swear)... when I got home from class 15 minutes ago, there was a package for me in the mailbox.

Guess who has a copy of every single Cherrim plush ever released now?

There can't be that many plushies of Cherrim though is there? I mean, considering it's a fourth gen pokemon it can't be in high demand to be re-created in soft toy form can it? x]

*thinks* There are 6 official ones and several bootleg knock-offs (though most of the booties I have are well-made enough that you can't really tell...). And that's a fair bit for a 4th gen Pokémon. But this canvas plush... it was all over the place when I first started to like Cherrim but I didn't want to get more than one Cherrim plush in case liking it was just a phase. So of course later when I'm obsessed with it, that one plush was nowhere to be found.

@_@ But finally someone was selling theirs the other week. *so happy to have it*
 
I guess you can always check the tag to see if it's an official one though right?
Nice get though, it always feels good to accomplish something, no matter how minor it may be!
As for me, i have very little pokemon merchandise. Only some things from when I was half the age I am now such as the original card game releases and some stickers. I Guess I could get a small fortune for some of the old stuff I have on eBay, but I wouldn't know.

Um... I needed to raise a Wurmple on GPX+ since I don't have a Dustox but I accidentally evolved it into a Silcoon. XD; I've yet to find a replacement for the party.

edit: As for tag-checking... that doesn't work that well. I know my really big Cherrim which is for sure a large bootleg has a TOMY tush & hang tag. It's such a good fake that the only reason I know it's bootleg is from not seeing it in any official venues and the fact I got it from and HK seller on eBay. @@;'
 
I want a Buick LeSabre plush. Do they even make those?
