I wish I could just "hang out" but my parents have to be annoying about everything.
So, I just avoid spending time with them anymore.. xD'

That doesn't mean that you can stalk Asian guys' Facebooks. :<

Your soul must be healed, woman. Bring in the Holy Waterz!!!

We are throwing a party, and all my friends are coming :3~

No drinking will be involved except that of soda and ginger ale. Because I'm an epileptic and we are all underage so no booze for us.

We will also be eating too. Yum.~

I just caught myself a Brave Ho-oh, and it was surprisingly easy(extrasensory didn't even kill my Naughty Breloom!)
Should I keep it or not?

Brave.. Extrasensory... Breloom... I need to at least play one of the newer Generations because I have no idea what any of these terms mean :(

I want to try out HG/SS sometime, as I ♥ Gen II.

Brave is a nature that affects your stats, which either raises one stat and lowers one stat by 10%, or does nothing to your stats. Only HP is exempt from this for some reason.

Extrasensory is a psychic type move. I could've sworn it was in the older generations, but maybe it's a 3rd gen thing.

Breloom is the awesomeness that is a kangaroo and a mushroom at the same time. It evolves from a unibrowed mushroom.

Haha thanks for the explanation, I had a feeling Breloom was a Pokémon.

I think what this proves is that I would suck at any game newer than Gen II :D

God, you're such an old fart :(
Go buy a DS if you don't have one, and buy Platinum immediately.
Look at these and tell me they're not awesome.

I know of Torterra, Empoleon and Bidoof and I recognise a couple more but I wouldn't be able to tell you their names without Googling.

And can I just ask, what's so bad about the first 2 gens? (Apart from that the graphics are far less impressive) :(

They were way too simple ;;
Muk was just a pile of sludge, and Koffing was a poison cloud. They didn't have poison dart frogs. :(
I don't hate Johto nearly as much anymore because Heartgold and Sunkern are just awesomesauce.
If you're talking about more than designs though, I'll be glad to tell you :3

Who cant wait till Pokemon Ranger : Tracks Of Light to come out. I know I cant

I love the simplicity of the earlier gens, and not just in the designs of the early Pokémon. Battling was simpler, moves were simpler, and that's how I like my games ^^

I can. I never really liked the Ranger games(or any pokemon spin-off, save Coliseum), and my wrist always hurt after drawing circles around the pokemon.

Not necessarily. Pokemon Red could arguably be more complicated since it had its own EVs. Every pokemon gave you EVs in every stat, although they would clearly be imbalanced. I think you could max out all stats on Alakazam because of it. And psychics dominated the whole metagame back in generation 1 :</devils advocate

I love how D/P/Pt changed the whole metagame. Sand veil gave the pokemon 1.5x special defense in sandstorm, pursuit became popular(as well as entry hazards), and the physical/special split changed entire pokemon. Hidden power is now special, which means pokemon like Sandslash are left out because of their nonexistent special attack stat.

Wow e.e we just had an earthquake o_o;;; It scared the living beejebus out of me :<

Edit 1: And one aftershock o:

Ooh, that reminds me. It was once in 7th grade(or was it eighth?), my city had this earthquake that happened when I was asleep. You'd think something like an earthquake would wake me up, but no. I was like WTF? when everyone talked about it in school.

Earthquakes normally don't freak me out because I'm used to em but this one started out all soft and then got all violent and I dove under our kitchen table.

Everyone's thinking that the San Andreas fault is getting ready to have the big one with all the 8.0 earthquakes popping up x_x;
