They make the ACT sound really difficult over here; but I'm guessing its not as hard as they make it sound, right? I mean, it's mostly just grammar and basic mathematics and stuff like that, isn't it?

Yeah it isn't hard. But the last few questions were weird and the Science was mostly logic based. DDD:

I laugh at Australia for having such a bad team.
First soccer match I watched in a while, and I loved it. It's such a shame that I missed the first 50 minutes of it though ):

I laugh at all the idiots who actually thought they had a chance.

That was the best few hours.

Go go Germany~ 4 - 0
My obsession is completely justifiable <3

Tis.
Australia made so many fouls it was almost like they didn't even know the rules. XD

Ilu2 bby ♥
I watched this match only to see Germany kick ass. Didn't really have the chance to see their other matches though ):

Australia's also at the bottom of the group, just noticed. XD

Oh and Luck, Brazil VS Korea DPR, today, same time.
Might be worth watching, since I want to see how Brazil does without its start players.

The one after that, would be Argentina VS Korea Republic, stupid K-pop land.

Will you be watching?

Being able to gloat that your team has four goals, and theirs has none..
Pretty awesome~

School manages to get nicely in the way of most of the matches. =/

I may watch Brazil, since they're the most famous soccer team, but only if I actually remember since my family can't be bothered to remind me ):
I'll probably miss the first 50 minutes of that too.

I'm cheering (well cheering as much as someone who doesn't like soccer) for America and Italy. I'm cheering for Italy because my roommate is from Italy and soccer is his life. So winning would make me happy and he's one of my best friends. So anything that makes him happy is fine by me n_n

My cable was out yesterday for some time, so I was reading live updates...
So I just got to watch like 10 actual minutes? XD
I watched the highlights though.

Same time as yesterday.
Don't miss it Luck. <3

Especially if they're stubborn friends. <3
School..I wouldn't know, since mine's over. XD

I'll try not to, but hopefully my sleep schedule won't get in the way.
*crosses fingers*

Good luck with that.
Yesterdays and todays match start at like 11:30 pm at my place, so staying up a bit late doesn't really affect my sleep..I guess.

It should be fairly easy because my cousin bellows like a buffoon whenever something stupid happens like a referee giving a yellow card instead of a red card :/
Anyways, I'm just going to go to sleep now since it doesn't look like I'll get my answers any time soon.

I didn't expect Australia to win but I was hoping they'd give the Germans a bit more of a game than they did. Germany are the strongest team in the group and yesterday they showed why, they were ruthless.

Australia need to win both Ghana and Serbia to have a chance of making the last 16. Not impossible, but it's looking unlikely they'll qualify now.

As a sidenote, I hate ITV. I really hope the BBC get to cover more of the latter stages of the tournament.

I idly watched a bit of the first match (um... South Africa vs... whoever they were against) and could not deal with the background noise (those goddamn horns) so I stopped going near the room when my dad was watching other matches. But I hear the coaches and players are pushing to get the noisemakers banned which is awesome because if it was distracting me, a television viewer a continent away, I can't imagine how awful it must be on the pitch. :|

But yeah, I'm not really cheering for any team. u_u; Canada's never in it (lmao, do we even have a soccer team?) and I have no strong ties to any other country so I'm just kind of enjoying the ambiance since Toronto is multicultural and people are just freaking out over the World Cup, haha.

My mom put up a huge Italian flag display on our balcony though since we live in an Italian area and she likes to be part of the moment. Jury's up over whether we'll actually watch any of the Italy games though. XD;

They were actually contemplating banning the horns, but decided against it as it's the "sound of Africa" or something :/

We have England flags up, as do most houses in our street but in honesty i'm not arsed how England do. The USA match typified why we won't win the World Cup in my lifetime, i'm really not sure why people hype themselves up about it when we'll make it as far as the Quarter Finals then get knocked out to a better team. It's the same every time.

And also, this Japan v Cameroon game is painfully dull.
