Can't watch at work but from the title... is that the short preview trailer they showed during Sony's conference?

Could be both. :/ Our database doesn't have a great track record but... neither does work's internet connection. u_u
 
The accidental double posting is a hundred times worse on a certain other Pokemon board...
 
Nah, since I didn't have it for quite a time I can say it's when you either click reply too many times. I dunno how it works but you just send the same data twice, thus two posts get there instead of one. I've been infracted several times by the mods on another forum because of this bug.


Anyway Portal 2 is going to be uber.

I've noticed that it posts my and brings me to the "wait 45 seconds" screen even though I just did the same clicking pattern I normally do when clicking "Submit Reply".

This forum does have a safeguard against posting duplicate posts, though, within five minutes of each other.

As for Portal 2, I've personally yet to actually play more than a few minutes of 1 since I got it.
 
Wow, they'll infract if they see identical posts twice in a row with the same timestamp? :( Lame.

I'm excited for it because it's a full game. I love Portal but it's so short. D:

Talking about Internet connections...
Mine is being REALLY slow atm.

I mean I paused the utorrent download, not using webcam anymore, so I don't get why. :(

And I don't even know if my IMs went through on MSN.
 
I meant it sends the same data almost in much less than a second, so the forum can't really check it that fast. Why the hell are we discussing a bug? Such geeks we are XD.

Oh and you should play portal. It has some funny moments it's worth. Also a creative game, still perfer Devil May Cry 3/4 though. DMC FTW <3

Maybe that's the issue I'm running into but, since I don't have flood control because I mod every forum, it doesn't auto-stop them from posting. @_@
 
@ RTHooker's post about Forever and Lightning being each other's alts: Sure, let's go with that.

EDIT: No comment on the picture. And, yes, you having no flood control would be the issue. It also happens to Went pretty often.

Well, it affects our posting... and its been happening a lot today. Also, you're on a Pokemon forum, so you're bound to have at least a couple tech-geeks.

I will probably eventually play through it.

Methinks there's an IT department that's been getting all sorts of new toys, or there've been people doing really illicit things that they're not supposed to at work. ;D
