For the first time in a couple years, there has actually been some incident involving a shootout or something, and even that lasted a few seconds. A kid got shot, but I don't think he died. Our school was on lockdown for a good while, and it was pretty scary for the most part. x_x;
Here, a peaceful weekend if someone DIDN'T get shot, stabbed, or whatever.
Our school is good because...well I don't really know anymore. I guess it's generally because of the school environment. Sure, you might have the immature kid here and there(and sometimes, you even get mature people acting childish, but only for the fun of it) but really, almost everyone knows when to be serious and when not to be serious.
The students here have realized already that it's High School, and the school staff is pretty strict. I must say, it's thanks to them that everybody knows how to act mature and stuff. There's also the school clubs and stuff. I can safely say that most if not almost all people that are in a school club learn communications skills and learn to be mature along the way.
