Like I said above, I'm still not 100 percent sure of the career path I want to go into. It's a two horse race between Computer Science and Journalism for me. I know I'm a lot more interested in Computer Science, I always have been. However, I love to write, and I know that Journalism would be a suitable career path for me which I will also enjoy. I guess I could take both courses in College and University but the workload may be a bit too overwhelming and I may not be able to handle it. But, I still have a bit of time until I decide. Hopefully, I would have made my mind up by then. Either that or another subject comes into play. D:

You shouldn't be. Whatever I do in photoshop always tends up to be bad but I stick with it. What I dislike is annoying so called "professional" idiots that give you like 4/10 despite the fact you're a beginner.
Your theme changing annoys me. I'll might beat you up!

From my personal opinion, things like HTML and CSS are the easiest languages to learn. They're certainly the best way of giving you insight as to how programming languages' basic format are. PC is also a great way to learn CSS because the syntax you use is exactly the same, it's only the markup that's slightly different.

I also change my themes quite frequently. I guess it's just a designer's habit to get things perfect. Once you find something that's good in your opinion, it's only natural to try and improve on it.

D: Don't hurt me I'm fragile D:

I used to do thing with Photoshop and Gimp, people said I was quite good, but then I stopped :/

I know some HTML. But it's mostly basic things and more than half things I learned in the past I've forgotten. I had all my files hosted on geocities but annoying people closed it down so all my work (or rather, examples of previous work) are nonexistent so I have nowhere to look at. I wanted to try CSS but it never went well to me.

@Charizard
Really? It's fun beating up fragile guys. As long as you don't look under my miniskirt you'll be fine.

I had Linux ones and Gimp was awesome. I used to call it pimp for a reason.. I like Linux more than windows btw.

I'm not a pervert like that xD
CSS is hard as heck.

Well, try learning HTML and CSS! It surely was a lot of fun for me and I gained so much out of it, too. There are various ways to learn such as simple text tutorials with w3schools or video screen casts with CSS-Tricks.

But you're a guy. It's so obvious that you want to get girls into bed (from the inside you).

Heck isn't hard.

ONE PIECE.

@Flinch Hax
The best thing I did was something with <style> I think.. something about like unanimated flaming text. It looked awesome. Purple and pink combination wins on that text.

I started learning HTML and CSS when I was a freshman in highschool. I was just randomly looking at the technology section in my school's library and found an HTML 3 (or 4) book and started messing around with it. And by the time I was a senior I was working on the school's website and running a few fan sites of my own.

Nope, I have a lot more productive things to worry about than to get girls into bed. And, to be honest, I'm just not that type of guy. So, sorry, but your assumption is wrong.

Also, "<style>" is out dated. It's better to link to an external CSS file using the "link href="style.css"" file so you can edit one file to make changes to the whole website, rather than single files.
I'll give it a try :D
Thanks for the tuts!
No problems. If you want to start from the proper basics, give this screen cast a watch. It's really useful!

@Bold
I meant Charizard...
@Not bold
Hey I used it back in like... 2005?

I HATE ONE PIECE :3

I don't really think about getting girls in me bed, I have other things that are more important then that.

@Grace: Thanks I'm taking a Look at it now :3

Ah sorry, my bad. I guess my assumption was wrong. n___n

Yeah, I thought so, because <style> tags were a lot more popular back then. It also falls in with the time when GeoCities was really popular.

I'm starting to lose my temper... YOU'RE A GUY. START ACTING LIKE ONE. It seems like being listed as female here has it's effects..
(On the a side note I'm just joking. No need to take it seriously guys!)

And I know you hate One Piece. That's why I made that for!

@Flinchaxer
I barely did anything with that, but earlier this month I was just looking for some old samples to refresh my memory and it wasn't there anymore =[

..wait, am I Flinchaxer? That's.. a really smartly though out nickname derived out of my original username. I'm impressed! XD;

It's good to re-learn HTML and CSS now since the web standards have changed a bit. So techniques that might have been popular back then (e.g: style, tables) have changed and are not widely accepted among the web design community and the W3C.
