Maybe you could use Taunt provoke him into breaking something and then get him screwed? Dirty (if it works) but it'll work (if it works). Actually, telling your parents would work. If he does "freakin' kill" you, then your parents will "freakin' kill" him. I hope.

Then he hasn't accepted your defeat due to not challenging him properly... I think that also counts as child abuse.
 
Call the police. You screw your annoying sister and her stupid boyfriend. Plus you might put him in jail if he thinks he's something. Triple win. Haven't seen so much win since TrickScarf/T-Wave Uxie.

But, I mean seriously, what will he gain if he beats up a guy whose 5 years younger then him? I'm not going to go by him and say "I want to fight you!" you wouldn't if you saw how big he was o.o

You could press assault charges against him, and be sure not to leave out the adding 50 pounds to your weights at the gym when you tell your parents what you want to do. And with that big an age gap, and with you being a minor still, it could count as child abuse. (b'-')b

He has before. He beat up my sisters ex bf for no reason D: And her ex was a really nice guy.

I'll probably tell them if he hits me again. Each time he punches me in the stomach he is like "Be thankful, I'm making you stronger". I want to say "HOW THE HECK IS IT MAKING ME STRONGER? IT FREAKIN HURTS LIKE HELL" D:

He almost knocked me unconscious D: I came back from a football game that I got injured in (A defense ran straight into my stomach which hurt like hell) and then even though he knows I came back from the game and was hurt, he still tackled me D: I hit my head on the floor and couldn't get up for like 5 minutes.

Does your sister care about you? At all? If so, get her to, y'know, get him out of the house or something. Unless he's a hobo (in which case lol), he can go live somewhere where he's not bashing up some kid.

But I think the best way is to listen to Donna.

I want Lasagna now, but I don't have any, and it's midnight here, so I couldn't go down to the store and buy some.
