I have a default alarm clock on my Nokia E51 phone. It isn't annoying and always wakes me up.

I never really liked that phone when I saw it in the stores. Though I can't really talk. Right now I have this phone. Yes, I know it's awful but I gave my cousin my newer phone last year when I went to college. XD; In the US I have an LG enV Touch, which is very nifty.

Never liked Nokia E51? Well... All I can say about this phone - it was hard to use it at first... I found it very useful. Internet, GBA emulator, even remote controller... Two big disadvantages - crap 2.0 camera and lil bit crap mp3 sound.

I seem to get up whenever, but it's typically never before 8:30 unless I've used an alarm clock or I pulled an all-nighter. I don't like getting up in the mornings, and the first thing I want to do after getting up is go back to sleep :P

And I've never owned a cell phone, and I don't intend to unless a future employer requires I get one.

You've never had a cell phone? Wow. I've only met a very few people that haven't had one. How old are you? I don't think I could live without phone; if I go out I feel safer knowing that I can call someone if the car breaks down or something like that, and now that I can check my emails while I'm out and about... well, I love it. :P

pokestick: Nice phone!

Symbian FTW. Playing GBA games and the Internet are most awesome features there.

I like the enV Touch because it has a full QWERTY keyboard— both a touch screen one as well as a physical one. It makes it a damn site easier to text and write emails. Using the keys for multiple letters like on your phone takes too long.

pokestick: You definitely can't trust a phone that doesn't survive the washing machine...

I have a phone, but ti doesn't have texting and my dad got it for 5 dollars ;;

$5 is fine! I paid $5 for mine from Walmart. In fact, the phone itself was free, but I wanted it as soon as possible—my Voyager was dying every day, so I paid $4.99 for the express shipping. XD The Verizon store was asking $80 for it. Nuh-uh.

Before I got this phone, I had 1500 texts, but then I went down to 250 a month for $5 because I had to pay $9.99 for internet access.

But, your phone doesn't take 5 minutes to start -.-

;~; I really want a Blackberry (or even an iPhone, I guess) but I cannot afford one. But that's okay because my phone is pink and sexy and I love it.

I have a really simple pay-as-you-go plan though. XD; It includes nothing and has no special features. I pay an extra $10 per month for internet access so I can chill with twitter but pretty much everything else is too expensive to bother using my phone much.

My Dad has gotten and iPhone and a Blackberry from his job. And guess what he does, every year he gets a new phone so he donates his phone (I know its for a good cause tho) But still, he can't give a single iPhone or Blackberry to his son! D:

Haha... yes, this is true. Though I never turn my phone off, so keep yours on at all times and you'll never have to worry about it taking 5 minutes to turn on ever again! :D

I want an iPhone! I bought my mother one the other day and just being able to play around with it...omg, I love it. I don't really like Blackberries, to be honest, so I'd definitely go with the iPhone. But Verizon don't have iPhones at the moment, so I'd have to switch phone companies, and still, the plans to use the phone are insane. At least over here I could get a iPhone and my mother could stay on the same plan she was on beforehand. Like with my enV Touch, Verizon made me sign up for $9.99 internet access or go to $29.99, even if I wasn't going to use the internet, so I'd imagine that is the case with AT&T with the iPhone. It's not fair. ;~;

Oh... basic data plans for smart phones pretty much start at $40/month here in Canada (and that's not counting the $300 you pay up-front for the phone--and that's with a contract). The "best" plan you get has, iirc, 500mb bandwidth and it's like $60. Not sure how it works but the data plan doesn't even include calling, I think, so you'd have to add another $30 plan at least to that... or something. :s

Though some places are finally doing social networking plans where you get calling and "unlimited" Facebook/twitter(?) and stuff like that for $40/month but... it's still way out of my price range now that my parents don't pay for my phone bills anymore. XD;

I have to turn it off at school D:

I wouldn't mind any phone that I could get texting on xD

You can get fairly decent phones from eBay. Depending on your carrier, you can just either pop your SIM card in them or call the number to get it switched over.

By the way, you could just keep your phone on silent in school. That's what I do.

But, even when on silent if someone calls it vibrates loudly -.-
And my parents won't let me get another phone -.-
