Second and final update for Sol Platinum:
♦ Battled Maylene and won, and then made my way down to Pastoria City after taking care of the Galactic Grunts. Once there, I caught a Quagsire in the Great Marsh, and then bred it to get a Wooper. Named it Teracua.
♦ Trained Teracua up a bit, and then challenged the gym. Wake was hard, but he was eventually brought down by the entire team.
♦ Chased the Galactic Grunt and beat him up, then obtained the SecretPotion from Cynthia. Used it on the Psyducks on the route up towards Celestic Town, and then made my way there.
♦ Battled Cyrus in the cave, and then obtained the HM for Surf. Did some Surf sidequests, and then made my way to Canalave City. Once there, I went to Iron Island to get the Strength HM, and then I went back and easily defeated Byron.
♦ Received word from Prof. Rowan about Galactic's meddling, so I went to two lakes and took care of some business.
♦ Around this point, I believe I added a Mareep as my team member, for my yellow Pokémon. My original plan was a Dunsparce, but as I couldn't find it anywhere, I decided on this instead. I named her Elempera and trained her up to be on par with the rest of the team.
♦ Reached Snowpoint City and battled Candice, who was also taken down easily.
♦ Made my way to the lake using Rock Climb. Then, I raided Galactic's HQ in Veilstone, followed by a trekk to the summit of Mt. Coronet.
♦ In the Distortion World, I battled Cyrus, who was really tough. After defeating him and Giratina, I continued towards Sunyshore City. On the route just west of it, I trained my team up to Lv 70.
♦ Took on the Sunyshore gym using mostly Teracua. Volkner knew how to put up a fight, but was eventually brought down. After this, I got the Waterfall HM from Jasmine, and made my way up to Victory Road.
♦ Once through it, I battled my rival one final time at the Pokémon League, and then trained my team up to Lv 75, followed by some moveset finalizing and Rare Candy-giving. Then, I took on the league!
♦ Aaron wasn't too difficult, Gunther could take care of most of the work.
♦ Bertha was quite tough, but was eventually brought down by most of my team members.
♦ Flint had some fatal combos (SolarBeam + Power Herb) to counter Teracua, but I could also defeat him with the help of MissMarple, among others.
♦ Lucian was also tough, but he had few counters for MissMarple. Gandalf also helped here.
♦ Last up was the champion, Cynthia, who had a powerful team. However, I was able to bring her down and become the champion.

I really, really enjoyed using Shiftry in this hack. It went miles over my expectations, and I was gladly surprised! I'll definitely be using it in OR/AS. I had never used a Dustox before this, and that was less of a joyride. It really only became useful if it could set up Nasty Plot, and those times were few as it isn't very bulky. Nevertheless, it was fun to use.
