    Have you ever been in the death zone before? If yes, how often are you death zoned and how did you get out of it?

    The death zone is basically any time when you've nearly been killed / potentially killed.
     
    ya i got hit by a car fam broke 2 bones + was in the hospital and everything shit was crazy
     
    My physical health has put me in this zone more than once over the years. Medication has pulled me out of it each time, although I still hover on the edge. It's not particularly fun to think about, but then, I think we all live on the edge of "The Death Zone" and some of us are just more aware of it than others. In some ways it's comforting. I can say with reasonable certainty that, barring any accidents, I'm not likely to die of unnatural causes in the forseeable future.

    My mental health put me in the Death Zone earlier this year. I'm not sure I've been out of it since 2014 though honestly, with the way things have been going since then. I couldn't tell you how I got out of it, anyway.

    I've seen this "light" that people claim to see before dying. It's no light; it's a spot of gray in the center of your vision, which gets bigger the more you die, which they confuse with "walking towards" it. Dancing with death is no excuse for being color-blind. And even I knew that this was no real light, but rather just my brain cells shutting down en masse as my body fell limp and unable to keep going. But eventually, I regained my sight and hearing, and I'm still hear.

    With the way my life has turned out after these few years, I shoulda just ran into that gray and never look back.
     
    i don't remember it bc i was like two years old but i almost drowned when i was a toddler; parents looked away for a few seconds and i fell into a pool and just sorta sank cause i can't swim lol, apparently someone saved me and brought me back or whatever but i legitimately don't remember a thing :> one of my old best friends has been hit by a car on 3 separate occasions during her life tho
     
    Once when bullies chased me into a busy street, that's the only time I've been legit close to it. But my life has been threatened many times.
