do anyone know if the berries that makes pokemon more friendly only lowers EVs or if it lowers the other one?

berries lower ev's and then the other 1 i think

EV-reducing Berries make a Pokémon friendlier, but they reduce the same amount of EV as Vitamins give in the proper stat (Depends on the Berry)

No Base Stat. Only EVs. Don't worry. Nothing CAN lower BAse Stats (I think)
