oh my...this thing could rival garchomp in uberness....raindance speeds him up, doubling his speed.the get in 1 or 2 DDs and get to sweeping wth outrage or waterfall. i like 55 HP EVs just so it can take a few hits if anything( besides ninjask after a few speed boosts) can outrun it.

This is the best Kingdra set at the moment - It can tolerate walls, plus the annoying Garchomp.

actually the 55 hp was a twist by me- the regular one runs a 252 252 6 setup.
