Firsty,its Uber.....secondly, Giratina can wall much better than he can. Only thing Dialga has running for him is tht he isnt as ugly as giratina.

yup u r right. but Giratina have 4 weaknesses while Dialga have only 2 weaknesses. i still use it becuz it is the only dragon type pokemon that doesnt have a weakness from Dragon type moves ^^

Anyway to be on topic: The new co owner should be the *Newest member"kidding"* I really cant say.
Now something I know about, in the matter of T-tar, he is not vulnerable to Ice moves or Rock moves so my answer is no, he's more of a monster then a dragon
