A large force shoots from the Pokemon's claw extending it in a way and the Pokemon is able to strike the opponent from far distances until the power wears out. Rarely misses. (kind of like a strong as heck double-slap)

Alright, then how about this:

Dragon Toxin

Description: The user spits a strong toxin at the opponent causing them to become poisoned and after three turns, the opponent takes 50 damage. As a side effect, the user's Sp. Attack are lowered by one.

still banned.its illegal to lower more than one stat at once if not by a moves recoil.....

How's that? I thought we needed a Dragon typed OHKO move.

You would have to make the accurcy 70 or below for those to be allowed
