The Leader is arrested for repeated attempted homicide as even if the thieves are Aliens (Which they are not) they don't deserve to die and Lloyd is jailed for the rest of time with all his Pokemon taken from him. His leadership duties are then transferred to the Flower Girl. As you now have Lloyd's wish too you wish for the girl to have a full team of Gym ready Pokemon, her ace being Lilligant.
