He pulled the trigger, and through its blue barrel a seemingly similar Pok? Ball in purple was thrown at high speed hitting Arceus on the head -- interrupting the attack while also containing the Alpha Pok?mon successfully.

"Hmm, pity. It appears that you have forgotten my presence." He smirked, " Go on, Ghetsis. The Reaper never gives anyone more than three generous chances."

Something did rang a bell in his last sentence, most likely that he was connected with the ominous organization who demanded total destruction. But Ghetsis was still in front of you with his fearsome Pok?mon, and you were still at disadvantage. You decide to...

He was right Sceptile was awake and used Focus Blast knocking Black Kyurem back.
Decided to use Black Kyurem's high attack stat against it you send out Honchkrow who uses Foul Play seriously weakening the Dragon.

...Noticed that Reshiram was using Whirlwind, and Honchkrow got blown back. You then decided to summon Sylveon in place of it and ordered it to use Bite on Black Kyurem, making it flinch. You asked Red for help, but then Black Kyurem stopped flinching and used Spore on Red, putting him to sleep, so he can't fight with you. Soon, Reshiram threw a ball and out came a Mismagius, which uses Earth power that knocks back your Sylveon onto the ground. Worse still, Reshiram also fired a Fusion flare at it as well. You...

From what seemed like insurmountable odds only Reshiram was left for you and Red to battle (Arceus had simply broke the Master Ball and took a watching brief) and you command Sylveon to...
 
...Use Moonblast on Reshiram. However, Reshiram hung on and used Whirlwind and Sylveon went back and Lucario was sent out. It so happened that Mismagius was holding a Sitrus berry and it used Psychic, which picks up Lucario using telekinesis and forcefully throws him out of the battlefeild and into the ocean.

Soon, all the badies boarded Reshiram and all flew away. Mismagius followed them by teleporting. Thankfully, you attached a tracker onto one of the opponent's clothes so you and Red used Red's teleporter to go arrive at where the badies were heading.

You both arrived at the Psychic gym. You remember this was where you dreamed about getting stabbed by a wrench around 7 pages ago. Now, the gym was completely smashed and destroyed, burning in flames. The bad odour meant that all the trainers inside the gym, including those who helped you back then died. You turned around and saw Arceus, the Mismagius, and Reshiram, together with all the villains. You know there was no way you could do anything about the burnt down Psychic gym, you decided to focus on finally defeating these badies once and for all. You...
 
... Hear piano music start to play. Behind you stands a commanding young woman with long blonde hair, dressed from head to toe in black. "If you need an extra battle partner Garchomp and I would be honored to fight alongside you and your brave pokemon."

"Why if it it isn't the Sinnoh league champion, aren't you a long way from home girl?" Ghetsis says with scorn.

"I came here to stay with my friend Caitlin to study the legendary pokemon here in Unova. It is sad to see what happened to Unova with you as king Ghetsis. I will stand by this young trainer to stop you."

"Let it be a rotation battle then Colress. We will crush this stupid woman into the ground until she hits the distortion world, since she is so unhappy with our region."

Cynthia turns to you and whispers that she has hidden ancient artifacts away in Caitlin's villa in Undella that may hold the key to subduing the legendary dragons. If things go bad in the battle then search there.

Colress lowers his notepad and sent out metagross. Colress flashes a keystone and looks excited as Metagross begins glowing. "This is the perfect experiment for my project mega evolution without bonds."

Threatened now by Ghetsis, Colress and Sycamore you...

...tap the locket. This causes Lilligant to start glowing whilst a whirring noise plays. Once the glowing stops you see Lilligant again but now she is wearing a flowing red dress and the Flower on her hat is now a much more vivid red. Lilligant nods at you again and says 'Gant' cheerfully.

You see that Cynthia's Garchomp has also Mega Evolved. Colress can be heard saying 'Impossible.' In an excited tone. Your Lilligant nods to Cynthia again as you switch Murkrow out for the Flowering Pokemon.

Your Mega Lilligant quickly dodges a bullet punch from Mega Metagross before responding with Giga Drain. It's Super Effective and Mega Metagross falls.

'It seems Mega Lilligant's Grass moves become Dual Fire/Grass Moves.' Cynthia says.
Ghetsis is beside himself and furious at Mega Metagross falling then Cynthia...
 
...Noticed that one of the badies is summoning a new mon. A Noctowl enters the feild and it uses Disable on Mega Lilligant, and it's Grass/Fire attacks. However, this didn't stop you. You ordered Mega Lilligant to use Swagger on Black Kyurem, who gets confused. Black Kyurem then fired an Ice beam on Noctowl in confusion before knocking itself out also in confusion. Soon...
 
... a chopper appeared from above, seemingly belonging to the villains. Instead, a boy in beige jumped and smashed Julius Sycamore on the head with a baseball bat, knocking him out in the process while the boy ransacked his belongings personally. Everyone watched in confusion as the boy took a Pok? Ball from his palm and withdrew the presumably stolen, fainted Noctowl and told the Nocturnal Pok?mon to use Fly anyway, lifting him into the great heights abandoning the site as if nothing happened.

"W-what's the meaning of this?!" Said Ghetsis angrily, while the chopper dispatched several police officers onto the ground, effectively apprehending them. The police...
