My grandmother never does that, but my very own MOM does something similar to "In my day..." Say if I take out the tea bag and let it drip all the way to the trash barrel she'll be like "If you ever did that with my mother..." It's so annoying--because, guess what Mumsy? Times have changed! O_o

Lol at least you guys dont get "In the Old Country" Stories.. and "Your Uncle/Aunt was like _____ when they were young and they turned out _____"
Stories... My Grandmother tells the best stories though :)

Oh, but see I get those "Old Country" stories from my Dad, lol. He was born in Italy and he complains that everything back there is so superior than what's here in the United States...O_o "Back in the Old Country...[insert some sort of negative comparison of the U.S. to Italy here]" *sigh* It never ends with my Dad and his lectures! I told him she should've been a motivational speaker since he loves to hear himself talk, lol.
