Not a bad team.. I guess. The only one I'll need to somehow hack to get in is Shinx, since I am unable to trade with an emulator.

Wow, I just noticed how incredibly much I like some types more than others. In some types, I was already having trouble with the 3rd Pokemon.

Also, this contains 2 legendaries, for exactly that reason.
 
That means...

Jumpluff, Heracross, Scyther, Venomoth, Slowpoke, Torterra

...and I don't even really like Heracross... Yes, Fighting was one of these types where i struggled a lot. Thanks for the Jumpluff though.

I don't mean to pry but according to your list it should be Omastar and Flygon instead of Slowpoke and Torterra...

good things: I get charizard AND a feraligatr =D
bad things: 2 water types >.> no electric types AND tauros
to be honest, i randomly picked all the pokemon
because i actually like all pokemon >.>

Ok, after two days of breeding, training, and hatching eggs I finally think I've done enough for my first update:

-Received Chikorita from Prof. Elm
-Got all of the Mr. Pokemon side quest out of the way and got to Violet City
-Caught like three Pidgeys, a Bellsprout, and a Rattata so I can trade over at least my first five Pokemon eggs
-Traded over my four eggs and they hatched into Snorunt♀, Mudkip♂, Spiritomb♂, Larvitar♂, and Anorith♂
 -After that, I got myself a Dawn stone from Platinum and used it on my Snorunt which evolved her into Froslass!
-After A LOT of training, My whole team was at Lv.11 except for Mudkip who was at Lv.14(I skipped most of the trainers on the way to Violet City)
-Went into the Violet gym where Froslass owns everyone with her Ice Beam attack
-She also swept through Falkner's team and helped me win my first badge
-Hit the Union cave and taught TM39 Rock Tomb to my Anorith
-Mudkip evolves into Marshstomp!
-Defeated Team Rocket in Slowpoke Well and went to the gym to challenge Bugsy
-Larvitar saw a lot of action in this gym as he swept through even Scyther with Rock Slide and got me the Hive Badge
-Got through Ilex Forest and through Route 34 and decided to take a break once I got to Goldenrod

FAIL. DS seems to have gone missing, meaning no Platinum challenge :/ I guess I'm out for now, but I'll post when ds is found.
 
Just a quick note, waiting for my Charmander egg to hatch at present.
