6th Gen The Fire Room

    Remember this from the first trailer?

    I wanted to speculate about what exactly this is.
    As you can see above the door there is a symbol(you can see the bottom half)
    I have been thinking that this might be the new Badge Check Gate(A Fire Leader?)

    What do you think?
     
    To me it looks like it could be a badge gate as well, or simply a room in a gym itself. Though looking back at all of the former gyms and such, they don't usually go quite that big. However, given the fact that X and Y are bringing in so many huge changes I think it's likely.

    Another personal speculation is that it could perhaps be part of some kind of Team Flare base or something, similar to how N had his castle.

    Shouldnt it have other trainers if it was a secret base?You dont usually see such big places without a Grunt or two.
     
    I think it is a Gym or maybe an Elite 4 room?

    Perhaps, but it could be a room where you meet one of the leaders or something. It does seem more likely that it's a Gym/E4 room obviously, I was just adding another bit in there due to the whole Team Flare being fire and all. It reminds me vaguely of some kind of cathedral, which then reminds me again of N's castle. Other than that it seems more like a gym.

    Good eye, the symbol's bottom half we see does look like the Team Flare's symbol's bottom half. Also since Team Flare is all about money it'll explain the fancy appearance of the room.

    Ah, good catch there. When this was first shown I immediately thought it was some cathedral for an evil organization; in this case being Team Flare.

    I personally think it's the room before where we fight their leader, or some important character(s)(like how in B/W it was N). Whoever it is seems like they will suite that "emperor" theme.

    Or one of them, as most Organizations have various hideouts/bases. Judging by how fancy it is though, that room is most likely the final one, maybe the boss room?

    Proably. Or if the Evil team does turn out to be after the legends it could lead into some room with some sort of magic alchemy like seal to call the legend forth...or something like that.
     
    Well if it isn't Team Flare's Base of Operations, I'm going to say it's an Elite 4 related room.....
     
    I'm gonna say that its either a badge check or an E4 room.
