What is the first pokemon game? If your first Pokemon game was a spinoff, tell me your first normal pokemon game, and how well you played the game.

My First Pokemon Game was Pokemon Ruby, and I wasn't good at it.

Well my very first game at all was a pokemon game. It was Gold version for Easter one year. Which looking back is kind of weird considering all I ever get is candy for Easter. I suppose this was fate<3

I sucked at it though, I think I was 4 or 5 when I got it. So... I didn't know how to read. To this day I have no idea how I got as far as I did.

Pokemon Blue Version in the second grade. Probably the most fun, but it started a long addiction with video that "unfortunately" plagues me.

Pokemon Red in elementary. Back in the day those horrible graphics were the coolest things ever. Then pokemon yellow came out and everyone was like 0.o!!

Pokemon Yellow, and I think I got rid of my pikachu or evolved it or something.

Yellow, with the special Yellow Pokemon GBC. The game broke in the wash but I still have the GBC.

Pokemon Red. Everyone else in my grade only had blue (the big seller) and I was like pwnd when I had all the pokemon they needed to complete their pokedex. It was especially fun when I get Blue and Yellow for Christmas as well as exploiting the Mew cheat. I was the only one with 151 pokemon. I still play my red version over my newer games and have officially maxed out the clock XD

The first one I played was Gold, but it was my cousin's. I played it a lot, though, and was actually the one who leveled his Croconaw up to Feraligatr.

I got Crystal soon after, though, and I did all right. Typhlosion in the 80's and I caught Suicune and Ho-oh. Just a natural at them, I suppose :P

    >.< The game vanished, though. Along with my Sapphire.

I didn't actually get to play Blue until this year, and I'm still looking around for a Yellow to try out.

My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Blue and I got Red like 10 minutes later haha
I don't think I was too good at it, I was fairly little lol

my first game ever was Pokemon Red - i got it for my birthday with a GBA when i was...4
so yeah, i sucked at it - but now i'm addicted to it! :()

My first was Silver on Christmas along with a Gameboy Advance. That was my first experience with video games along with a Playstation 1 that I also received.

I was scared to play because I thought I would mess up, but I remember getting a male Cyndaquil that I named Cindy. I needed my Dad to play parts of the game for me because I was afraid I would make my Pokemon faint. When I say "parts of the game," I mean from the beginning of the game to getting to the first gym. I never got past that. :P

A month or two later, I summoned up the courage to try the game myself. I had an epic team ready for the Elite Four, but I never finished the game for whatever reason. That happens a lot, actually. I get close to the end of a game (yeah, forget about Red), but I never really finish it.

Pokemon Yellow. My friend gave it to me and I lost the game three months ago.

Pokémon Red. 2nd Grade. My family played the game as a family via Pokémon Stadium's GBT (Dodrio Tower ftw). Then I got Blue and Yellow for my birthday when I turned 8. GO SQUIRTLE! :)

I have looked frantically for my Sapphire, Emerald, and LeafGreen, BUT I CAN'T FIND THEM! :( I only know where Diamond, Silver, Blue, Yellow, Red and Crystal are...

Pokémon Red. And I was horrible at it. Being Danish, I didn't understand a word of English back then, so I had no idea what to do - I don't think I ever went through the Rock Tunnel with Flash back then, because I had no idea where to get the HM. I remember once grinding my Blastoise up to, like, level 60 or something (possibly even higher) before challenging Lt. Surge, because that stupid tree was in the way, and I had no idea that I just had to find the captain on S.S. Anne and get the HM for Cut. So I figured I'd grind my Blastoise, hoping that sooner or later, it would learn Surf, haha! Eventually, someone did tell me what I was really supposed to do, though. Ah, good times.

Pokemon Red was my first game I got. It was for christmas. I got it when I was YOUNG. I don't remember exactly what year I got it I just remember it was awesome. ^_^ Well at the time.
