Fun Fact: I just challenged Wattson 23 Times and i couldn't pass his magnemite 20 of those times. FAIL

YEAH! After some dillemma onto wheather or not to continue, i decide to continue the challenge! I Underwent through a FULL HOUR of training (ouch) so now my pokemon are UBER overleveled! Well not really...but its still intense!


Im going to Tone Down my Updates, but uh Lets Continue the challenge!

-All Pokemon Grinded to lvl 28 (omg that took so long...)
-After 2 Tries, i Finally defeat him!
-Rock Smash my way up north
-PWN all the trainers

1st Update, right now I'm surprised that Rattata did well against Brock's Onix.

Spoiler:

Started a new game.
Got Squirtle & Battled Gary
Went to Viridian City & got Parcel, then went back to Oak's.
Obtained Pokedex & returned to Viridian City, bought 5 Pokeballs.

Battled & Captured Rattata.
Moments later...

Battled & Captured Pidgey.

Grind them both to lvl 10, & went to fight Gary.

Healed & headed straight to Viridian Forest.
Passed the Viridian Forest & grind Rattata to lvl 17
Healed & went to Pewter City's Gym & fought the trainer.
Healed (Again), & headed back to the Gym.
Fought Brock.

Spammed with Hyper Fang, which caused Onix to flinch (This is where Rattata impressed me)

Defeated Brock & won the Boulderbadge.​

Alright, I'll add you to the challengers list again. And, yes, you can catch any Pokemon that are required for whatever purpose you need; just don't use them in battle ever.

At one point, someone (that guy with the growlithe on the SS.Anne) used roar and pulled out my Bulbasaur (who I carried around at the back of the team. This has been rectified and won't happen again.)
I promptly started using tackle to waste moves until they fainted it (It took the man something like... four-five moves before he used ember. What.) But Considering that one attack took over half it's health before it roared, and Bulbasaur is level 5 to the growlithe's... 15+?, you can tell how much difference Bulbasaur made. None. Once Bulbasaur fainted we swapped back and knocked the growlithe out.

Anyhow.
Started, and chose bulbasaur as our starter (using an RandPokeGenerator). Named him Bulbasaur.
As you can tell by the fact that he's level five still, we magnificently managed to lose the first fight. We didn't do it on purpose, but whatever.
Did pokeball sidequest. No fighting for Bulbasaur.
Caught the first four pokemon we met:
Machigga the Modest Run Away rattata [M]
Davey the Naughty Keen Eye pidgey [M]
Kaula the Calm Keen Eye pidgey [F]
Lauren the Adamant Guts rattata [F]

I love this lineup.

We trained.
And trained.
We took out our rival (with Lauren and Davey)
We trained.
We fought the gym trainer in Brock's gym.
We decided a few more levels wouldn't hurt.
Everyone was level 18 when we fought Brock (and I hadn't evolved Davey, just because), and as it turns out, whilst raticate has a fairly easy time of hyper fanging this gym to death, level 18 rattata have a significantly more difficult time.
We beat him, but Machigga and Lauren were in the yellow.
We proceeded, we trained to level 20, we trounced MT.Moon, we trained a bit... and then, after a session of training Davey, we accidentally triggered the rival battle (how? I'm not entirely sure... we were raising Davey-the-pidgey to fight him, for the LoLs, anyway).
Rival gets beated by a pidgey. We find it amusing.
Team Davey trained up somewhat (we let him evolve when he hit 25)... we wander off, get the SS.Ticket, get TM28 from Rocket Grunt, batte through SS.Anne, beat rival with Davey again, got cut, and then went back to Cerulean.
Oh, and we taught Davey Thief (I wasn't aware that the pidgey line could learn it, but there you go).
Beat Misty with rather more ease than Brock.
Wandered off again. Need to get pokemon to teach team Bulbasaur flash.

We are also going by the 'rule' that we canbot have grinded our team more than 5 levels higher than the gym leader's strongest. But random battles that get in out way don't count as grinding- running around in a certain area with the sole intent of training is)
As of this moment my team is:

But not as much as my Crystal Team.

Ran around, caught a bunch of pokemon to get flash, taught it to Bulbasaur, started carting around 5 the meowth as a cut/flash HM slave (to help catch pokemon if needed, mostly, now, because whilst the team has some issues with teams, wild pokemon, and Bulbasaur, being level 5, is useless... Also, pickup. The cat keeps bribing my with PP ups and TMs when I think about depositing. And dammit if I don't remember how much I wanted PP ups in Crystal)

So far I've progressed... Taught Dig to Lauren and used her for Lt.Surge.
More training/grinding, faced off against the Rockets in Celadon/Lavender, found our snorlax are a right pain, went through the Safari Zone, eventually went up and took out Celadon, with Kaula.
Oh, and beat up our rival, in the Tower, with Davey again. And then he evolved.
And now we're trying to get Ice beam, and that is a pain.
"Aaurgh" is a nice sum-up.
