The First Route Challenge

I'm currently grinding to beat Gym 3. Ziggy is now a level 23 Linoone, Xavier is a level 22 Mightyena, and Damian is a level 22 Beautifly.

Beat Gym 3 after grinding all 3 Pokemon to 25. Now moving on.

Had to switch to Emerald, Sapphire kept freezing on me.

Update #1:
Started the game and named my character Leon. Then rushed through the first part and got the Pokeballs. Then I caught my Pokemon and started doing all the stuff. Trained them to Lv.8. Luckily I got Silcoon and Cascoon on the first try so I didn't have to catch another Wurmple. Fought my way through Petalburg Woods and leveled up my pokemon some more and finally got to Rustboro. Restocked on Items and headed to Route 116 to train some more. Since Beautifly would be in action the most at this point in the game, I decided to train him some more. Then I got him to Lv. 12 when I realized that he's 4x weak to Rock so I leveled him up even more. Luckily he learned Stun Spore after the second Geodude and used it on Nosepass right away. With some extreme luck, I was able to beat Roxanne without being destroyed by Nosepass and claimed the Stone Badge and TM Rock Tomb.
My Team thus far:

(Kinda unhappy about how high his level is compared to the rest of my team)

Dustox Lv.10

-String Shot
-Poison Sting
-Confusion
(I feel as though Dustox will my favourite, because of the fact I had one on my team in my very first playthrough of Sapphire, along with Swampert, Swellow, Pelipper and two others that escape me at the moment)

Poochyena Lv.10
-Tackle
-Howl
-Sand Attack
(Out of 250 hours of play time on my original Sapphire, I never caught a Poochyena, never)

Zigzagoon Lv.10
-Tackle
-Growl
-Tail Whip
-Headbutt
(I had two boxes filled with Zigzagoons and Linoones in my original playthrough of Sapphire, good times)
 
Took out the rest of the League Challenge, currently focused on grinding my team up to level 68 for the Elite Four+Rival.

Lv61- F- Adamant- Guts- Black belt (Theft- it's a great thing to do)

- Rock Smash (it's a pathetic attack, really, but it is, quite simply, the only fighting type move that the team can get other than Counter)

Machigga the Raticate
Lv61- M- Modest- Run away- Blackglasses
- Ice beam
- Focus energy
- Pursuit
- Shock wave

Kaula the Pidgeot
Lv61- F- Calm- Keen eye
- Aerial ace
- Sand attack
- Quick attack
- Gust

5- Meowth- Lv10 (And let me tell you, having a pokemon with a number for a name is MIGHTY confusing)
Lapras- LAPRAS- Lv25
 
Battling the Winstrates at the moment. Beat them, now in Vedanturf (spelling?) Tunnel.

Got my pidgey lv. 3 and ratata lv. 3
Trained them to LV15
Beat brock after 5 tries XD
Lost all my money to him O.o
