10-11 is usually the minimum. Sometimes they pad it out more.
 
Gohan vs Cell. That version of Gohan where his hair stands straight up is Super Saiyan 2.
Goku vs Majin Vegeta, both at Super Saiyan 2. Not many differences, but the loads of electric sparks in their auras give it away.
