If they made another region based on Japan, It should be based on the Daisetsuzan National Park. It's big enough to work, and it has lots of volcanic activity in a cold climate. lots of marshes, forests, etc.

I agree with you completely. All normal does is weaken it (weaker to Fighting-, harder to hit Ghost- types). As something I just realised, Rotom is the nightmare of these Normal-/Flying- types. :shocked:
Also, we need more phoenix Pokemon (Moltres was one, we need some more). I also want more things like Manaphy. They're legendaries, they make babies, but those babies don't evolve. It was a pretty nice idea. It made a legendary that could make eggs, but still has no evelutions.
An Electric/Poison type.
And I hope they dont make the 2 main pokemon the same type.I didnt like the idea about dialga and palkia all of them bieng dragon type,Ho-oH and Lugia wasnt bad cause Flying types isnt a Problem,Thats why i liked Sapphire and Ruby and Emerals beside Crystal main is Suicune which isnt Flying and Giratina is Dragon.

-Lots to do after beating the E4
-More than 1 rival, I think 3 would be a nice number
-Overall more detailed storyline and some character development
- More than 3 start pokemon to choose from - 15 would be a better number :)
- Some balancing/tweaks etc. (new moves, stat changes to certain pokemons etc.)
- Online battles and trade
I skimmed through a lot of the posts, but didn't seem to come across this idea of a fire/dragon type Pokémon. Finally, not having such a terrbile weakness against ice types would come in quite useful.

they should make a Light type in gen 5 and light moves and its light moves are super effective on dark pokemon (good beats evil light and dark) so what do you think about Light type pokemon
I believe, i want it to be like this:

Credits roll. that would be good but buy the time you get to Hoenn wouldnt your pokemon be lvl 100 or something how would that work out?
It would have these characteristics:
-New region.
-2 or more rivals.
-I think that the region must be with a variety of climates, like Sinnoh and Hoenn, and a large storyline like Johto.
-Maybe include another region or the Battle Frontier AGAIN.
-Possibility to fight characters from previous games, as in G/S/C you could fight Red.
-No legendaries since I don't know what else Nintendo can do. Most probably they could have bad design and pointless existance...
-Pre-evos for some pokemon that really need them... Like Onix, Lapras, Tauros/Miltank, Scyther...
-Evos for some Pokemon: Farfetch, Chatot, Dunsparce, Quilfish...
- Make everyone a Palmer (Animation frames for losing/winning/start).
They could be as simple as an animation for throwing out the pokeball.
- Pokemon Stadiums. Instead of walking up to the Gym Leader on
a small mat, enter a whole new STADIUM. Make things more epic!
- Customizable battle icons, menus, character looks, expand
the limitation on seals, etc. Also, Seal Pokeballs should be ASSIGNED
to the pokemon, like Mail. I hate how you have to take the Seals off
to switch pokemon from PC to party.
- ERADICATE HMs! WHY DO YOU NEED A POKEMON TO SURF
IF YOU CAN JUST SWIM (Like all those swimmmer NPCs!)
I have a solution for all HMs in the history of HMs.
Spoiler:
Cut - Axe/Saw Item? Flash - Flashlight PLS Defog - Something like the "Go Goggles" Fly - There are "Fly Points" on each route/town. Each "Fly Point"
has a Fearow to take you to wherever. Whirlpool - Please Return! Someone in the area has a pokemon to
get rid of the whirlpool. All you need to do is talk to them, and then
a cutscene will appear where the whirlpool fades. Dive - Please Return! Instead of getting a pokemon to dive, there will be
a shop in the game where you can buy Diving Equipment. Surf - SWIM! Same shop you buy Diving Eq., you can buy swimwear and
a snorkle! Maybe you can even rent a boat and swim on that.
To battle trainers, you talk to them normally and stuff. Waterfall - How does one even go UP a waterfall? Maybe there can be
rocks sticking out that let you climb up the waterfall? Maybe you can have
a grapple hook that lets you swing up? It isn't really out of the boundaries
to make something like that.. Rock Smash - Hammer? Maybe it can be more like Zelda and you have to
activate some stuff to break the Rock with a chain reaction, ie:
_Steps on switch, Activates explosive, Stalactite falls on rock and it breaks_
Explosive is a bit of a stretch, so maybe the switch will wake up a Golem
and the Golem will use Explosion. Cutscenes, people, cutscenes! Strength - The trainer can work out at a gym, then be able to push
boulders? Maybe the trainer doesnt have to be a kid!! :@ Um,
It could be either like Whirlpool or Rock Smash where you ask
someone to help push it, or you activate something which pushes
the boulder. Nothing's out of reach.. Rock Climb - Get a new bike which can climb up? Use the grapple
hook from before? Actually exercise and CLIMB the rock? Headbutt - Please Return! You get a slingshot item and you can
aim it at the tree. "-rustle rustle- A Pokemon Angrily dropped out of the
tree!" or maybe sometimes "-rustle rustle- It seems the pokemon are asleep"
kinda like a fishing rod, yknow?
- CUTSCENES! They did it w/ platinum and the Knowledge/Emotion/Will
Trio in Platinum, and it looked nice. Cutscenes for the replaced HMs would
be greatly appreciated instead of the trainer holding a pokeball and that ugly
swish-thing appears.
- More HMs (if they are like my ideas stated above)! I could really see
it in a trailer. You go to a forest, a boy is crying because no pokemon want
to play in the rain with him. [Player] did a Sunny Day dance and the sun came out!
(end rain). Boy becomes happy and gives you a TM or whatever.
- Improved Attacking Scenes. I like what they did with PBR and actually showed
the pokemon running up to the other pokemon and attacking, as opposed to
staying in one spot and attacking. I wish there was a quick and brief cutscene
of the pokemon doing the attack in-battle. That wouldn't be too much of a problem,
and yu can have the option to switch it off. Or maybe, the Pokemon actually
moves out of places.
- New types! How I've been longing for "Light", "Time", and "Space" typed
pokemon! Imagine a Light/Dark typed pokemon. Uber. Palkia could be
Dragon/Space as opposed to water (which has nothing to do with Palkia)
and Dialga could be time as opposed to steel. Time would be effective
on space, and space on time. Light would be effective on Dark,
and Dark would be not very effective on Light. Rotom could be
Light/Ghost. Togekiss could be Light/Flying. Arceus could be pure Light.
C'mon, they did Steel and Dark in GSC, yet nothing new after that.
Also...
- New type combinations! a PURE FLYING TYPE! NAME ONE POKEMON
(Other than Arceus) THAT IS PLAIN FLYING TYPE. THERE. IS. NONE.
Also, there's no Fire/Dragon! Jeez, Charizard just speaks that typing!
C'mon GF, live a little! Maybe a Rock/Grass combination! Sudowoodo
is RIGHT. THERE.
- New Evolutions. One pokemon: Farfetch'd. It needs an evolution.
It skipped through FOUR GENERATIONS WITHOUT A BLOODY EVOLUTION!
IN R/B/G/Y, THERE WAS ONLY ONE FARFETCH'D YET IT HAD NO EVOLUTION!
_sigh_ Maybe a Relicanth evolution, as well. Maybe Anciecanth.
- Dark + Steel + Flying Eeveelutions. Please.
- Hungry effect. You and your pokemon get hungry, and you can stop
at the PC to get food. Cmon, they never even go to the washroom. At least
give the poor things food!
- One pokemon in your party follows you. Or at least a bigger Amity Park.
- Contest Battles. The anime contests make me drool. I play it in platinum,
and I drool as well. But that time, I'm drooling because I'm asleep.
Forget the Dance Competition and the "ACTING" Competition (Especially acting).
Pleaseeeee CONTEST BATTLESSS.
- Improved AI. They're all stupid. At least give gym leaders more items or something.
- Return of forgotten characters from GSC/RSE/DPPt. IE: GSC Rival, Kurt,
Mr. Briney, CYRUS'S EXPLANATION, CHARON'S EXPLANATION, among others..
1. More bug Pokemon that don't suck would be nice.
2. Redesign or trash/replace Nosepass and Probopass (If they're going to make pokemon like this again, no gen V plz).
3. A lot of the older Pokemon need buffs, no Pokemon should be ignored.
Also, I'd rather have a game focusing on new "stuff" (places to go, NPCs, story, items etc) rather than adding another 100 Pokemon to the 493 that we already have. I'd say adding only fifteen to twenty new Pokemon would suffice seeing as they're already struggling for original ideas (see #2). That amount should be enough to make new starters, new legendaries, and a few extras.

Imo, we have enough types. I wasn't even in favor of the steel type (which I felt was oddly specific... ) and I don't think time and space pokemon would fit. Imo psychic type fits closest to light.
