The top one is a robot bunny from space.

And its possible that they are fake. I trust Serebii too but they got false info about the IV starters so they could have made the same mistake here too.

Those pictures are definently the real deal, unless nintendo itself is pulling a prank. These were revealed on pokemon Sunday in japan.
 
Guys... try comparing them with the animals here on Earth. Nearly every Pokémon is based on an animal... or something on Earth. Especially for the starters.

Think about it, look at every animal on Earth... and one of them might look very similar to the shilloutes in the image.

Just remember... every Pokémon game that was released had a Grass, Fire, and Water type starters. So who knows what animal the Water type starter is based on?
The one on the left is kinda standing on two legs, it looks to me like it's a Fire type. And as for the one at the top kinda looks like a four legged Grass type... I also wonder what animal it's based on?

Anyways, try and have a guess... you might be able to figure it out. ;)

And the 5th Generation is approaching!
 
I think they have potential to be pretty cute. I'm excited to see what they really look like.
I'm especially curious about that bottom left one. I can sort of imagine what the other two may look like, but I'm really drawing a blank on that one.

The one on the left struck me in particular. That tail looks very much like three fanned leaves to me. I've attached an extremely poor rendition of what I think it might look like.

The middle one would be Fire, and looks like a pig. The right one would be Water, and looks something like a panda or beaver (with a ruff).

I didn't even think of it as a Panda, but I love that idea. :D

A lot of people say the bottom left Pokemon looks like Celebi, but I see the point as a beak instead of the back of it's head. It looks more like a peacock or a duck to me.

I first thought "duck" as well, but then I figured that the Pokémon would have to be looking fully sideways for that. I can't think of any Pokémon's artwork in which they're looking directly sideways.

Besides, ducks have wings, and that silhouette doesn't.
 
I'm going with the bandwagon and calling them the grass-type, the fire-type, and the water-type going from left to right.

the left one looks like it might be a bird of some kind with fanned-out leaves on its tail. I think of it was a bird because he could be holding his head high and the point at the top of its picture could be its beak plus I've been wanting to see a grass-type bird pokemon for awhile

the middle one looks to be a pig of sorts with exaggerated ears (similar to P-chan if anyone's familiar with Ranma 1/2) I associate it with the fire-type because those ears in silhouette remind me of Combusken's plumage. o_0

The one on the far right has the most mundane outline to it, but I do think of a beaver when I look at it, and beavers are associated with water of course. :D
 
Also, the thing on the lefty one, thearm next to the head, I thinks its a clothing of some sort. XD
 
Am I the only one that thinks that the middle one looks like a robot bunny?
 
I hope to everything that is that GameFreak is pulling a prank...
 
Y.. yeah, we have two generation five threads alrready. Please use them for this kind of discussion next time.
