is it not, i thought it was fast because most pokemon that are able to learn first hit attacks are usually pretty fast

I know, glacia's shiny sprite is awesome. That should maybe be our next topic. Which would you prefer, a regular Glacia or a shiny Glacia?

Yeah, the Shiny version is definately much better. Its lighter color is just so...prettyful. XD

I dunno, the shiny one looks more femine, and i think of all of the eeveelutions except umbreon and julteon as female looking. So yeah, i'd go with the shiny

Off-topic: Welcome to the club DI !!! Back on topic: yeah, the normal form is actually pretty cool looking, i think i can settle on it for a while before getting the shiny after endless hunting and breeding 8D

its the best eveelution shiny to me
its funny cause i like reg.evee more than shiny evee, but shiny glacia , more than reg. glacia
 
I find a lot of people like the shiny glacia more. I find it's more suitable for it. Snow white, of course then it might have been called Snowia and the english name Snoweon.

EDIT: If it's Ice, then shouldn't it be somewhat transparent?
