The ICHC club is now up and running. ICHC stands for I Can Has Cheezburger?

Rules:
Follow teh normal PC rulz.
Obey Ceiling Cat and Ceiling Cat preists.
You CAN go off topics but just a itteh bitteh.
You must gives a funneh picture(s) to have a chance of getting in (you don't have to give one if you can't find one you want though)
Co-owners and owners may start topics, no one else.
Lolcat pics must come from ICHC (You can tells by the address at teh bottom of each pic).

Disobey one of these rulz once and you shall be given a warning. do it again and you shall be banned.
