I'm still not sure about which version to buy though. I'll probably go with HeartGold, since Gold was the first I played of the old ones :>
 
I know that I'l be getting HeartGold as for some reason, that's just the version that has appealed to me.. Also, I'm pretty happy with the Version Exclusives that that game provides ^3^
 
Oh yes. Heartgold will be the bomb. I am preording it wihen it officially comes to Toy s Us! XD Thats what I did with Platinum (and I got that awesome figure, I cant wait to get the Ho-oh one), so...;3
 
On the original games, I had Silver so this time I'll be going for Gold. Still got around 10 months to wait though ;_;
 
Why does SS get two unique to the game Pokemon but HG only gets one? ):
 
I was actually debating on whether to buy both... but my close friend is getting Soul Silver so we'll be able to trade o3o
 
Because Soulsilver, of course, was not up to par to Heartgold, and the producers knew this, so to make it slightly better (though it is still not as good as Heartgold), they added an extra pokemon.

Nah don't think about buying both. Not worth the money.
I'll still get HG :)
 
HG actually has more pokemon than Soul Silver guys @__@

Both versions have Ho-oh, so the factor of catching Lugia or Ho-oh isn't a huge deal to me. Regardless, I'm pre-ordering both versions once an official release date is revealed for the US copy. I do have to agree though, HeartGold just seems to have better version exclusives than SoulSilver has.
 
I'm still on the fence about getting the games, the least of the problems being that both the male and female playable characters have uninspired designs:/
 
i get both because my sister plays so it really make no difference to me about version exclusives but im going for ss cause i played silver while my sister played gold

I beg to differ; my prediction is that the US release date for HeartGold and SoulSilver would be the 9th of March. The location is kinda blurry, but why do I have a feeling that it'll be somewhere in California? :-]
