    I think this style deserves its own thread. Being a somewhat completely different approach from my previous one, a more simplistic, nothing too big, the only thing that I wanted to look complex was the header. It has no background image, and doesn't generally depend on images like my previous styles.

    The header has been sliced and was formed using tables to aid those with slow connections and have been compressed to JPEG. I wanted to experiment with the increasing trend of "3-D ribbons", and did so in the header and footer! :> I've had this idea for about a week and finally put Photoshop to work last night, and place on making variants of this theme for all the Johto leaders.

    I also originally wanted to use the font that's on the header for the category titles using the "@font-face" property but, due to rendering issues (looks fug in Firefox, Opera & IE), it's now the user's choice to do so by downloading the font and installing.

    Great Theme! I love it.

    Some suggestions:
    1) do similar themes in various colors / characters
    2) add mouseover/hover effects to the top quicklinks / site button or links
    3) convert this to vB4 :P

    No. I will not accept anything that implies we are switching to VB4. We will stay VB3 forever!

    ..great theme FM. Great use of simplicity combined with some sexy imagrey (no matter how much you resist, you resort to using it..XD;) I'm looking forward to this. Now make a Pokespecial version.
     
    Like it or not, PC will have to upgrade to vB4 eventually. And sure it's ugly default, but with good themes it'll look fine.
    And I also demand this theme usable by staff and donators as was Route 167 and Route 167 + is.

    love it, but the home/oekaki/blogs looks a bit cluttered don't you think? doesn't need "PokeCommunity" over everything.

    Now if only our names were still purple... :P

    Love the theme, the wrap-around effect in the banner is pretty sweet.
     
    If this is gonna be converted to vB4, there's no use in making custom buttons seeing as vB4 uses text with a simple transparent background gradient and a chosen color, much like IP.Board 3.0 uses for most of it's graphics.
     
    This theme is very dark and sexy. Morty even looks sexy on it. I also love the wrap-around effects on the header.

    I agree. But it's a good font, and I'm always looking for good fonts. I can live with it.
