Since it's an Event Pokémon, you can choose and Shiny or Event Pokémon for it (except Shiny EV Trained ones, since those are worth 2). ​

Is the 10 ANIV Celebi you have of a Modest nature?

Nope. Only my PokéPark one is Modest. ​
