The eevee line are more or less canines, Eevee looks alot more like a Bunny-fox thing than a cat
Eevee is also possibly based off Tanuki, a racoon dog that can transform

And Mew is a fetus

What makes them so special ಠ_ಠ

Ugliest Cat Pokemon: As everyone else said, Purugly. I don't understand why they'd make something as cute as Glameow turn into...that thing! That thing is pure evil...and as its name suggests 'pure ugly' Haha, *shot for bad pun*

Cloudy, my glameow, likes to eat the souls of the innocent fish pokemon and grass, lol.
