No, Lapras is one of only a few pokemon now that doesn't evolve. And I'm against the trend of pokemon that are just babies of older pokemon. Pichu was alright, Magby... ok, Ehekid...standable, Budew and Mime Jr....not needed.

Yes, I was thinking about this in my hack really, I was trying to make a pre-evolution, which will be called baby lapras, and im going to inlude it in my hack.
