    I know that some people who plays the Nintendo games love The Legend of Zelda Series while some people who plays the PlayStation games love Kingdom Hearts Series. I wanted to see which has more fans, so I'm made this poll to see how many of you prefer The Legend of Zelda Series and how many of you prefer Kingdom Hearts Series.

    I personally prefer Kingdom Hearts Series because it's the first console game I've ever own, plus they're awesome games. XD
     
    1. Why was this in Japanese Entertainment? o_O Moved to Other Games.

    2. These games are nothing alike and I'm not sure how to compare them. @_@ Besides, KH isn't Sony-only. Not counting re-releases, there've been an equal number of games on Nintendo consoles--albeit spin-offs.

    Anyway. I guess KH since it's my favourite game series. Gameplay is (in my opinion) a lot more fun and involved and the characters and stories actually make me care past the game. ie, I actually get involved in fandom. With LoZ, I beat the game and go "well that was fun" and move on to something else. There's nothing keeping me attached once I've beaten it.
     
    Kingdom Hearts, for sure. There's just something about the series that captivates me- perhaps it's the fact that it has a story, characters you develop various emotions for, and the fact that it's really fun to whack things with a giant key. I do enjoy Zelda for the puzzles, but sometimes meh, I get bored of games where you have to concentrate too hard. XD

    There's no AkuRoku in Zelda anyways.
     
    That is a pretty hard question :|

    I have to say Legend of Zelda because when the have a bonus for beating the game, I get it. Unlike with all Kingdom Hearts games, any bonus things I never get. Like after beating Re CoM I didn't get the Riku story after beating it -.-
     
    Not really much relevance between the games, so I don't really know how to compare them. :/

    I'm going with Kingdom Hearts however, since I've beaten and loved every one of their games so far (Aside from the cell phone games).

    But, yes Legend of Zelda. Better gameplay, better sequels, better soundtrack and not as many annoying characters (I hate you, Midna, you're worse then Navi.).

    Kingdom Hearts...ehh. The first one was good. I like Disney, and Final Fantasy characters are alright. But the main protaginist is one of the worst ones I have ever seen in a video game before, with horrible designs (Belt and Zippers, clown shoes, Why do so many Final Fantasy characters have so many bad disigns? "Hurr, I have a dress made out of belts."). I enjoy the gameplay, though. Sure it's mostly spam square, but it's somewhat addictive, and they did make it better in the second one. But the one thing that killed it for me in the second one was the amount of Mary-Sues. I think it would be utterly amazing if it was Mickey, Donald, and Goofy fighting along side Squall, Aaron, and Vivi. Finally, this also has a pretty horrible fanbase. Luckily, not as bad as Sonic's, though.
     
    I say Zelda, and not just because it's the only one I've properly played. The series has been going for years and it's fantastic.

    I played the first few minutes of KH once, and didn't really like it =x that and I'm fail at using a PlayStation controller.

    Yes, because mashing one button to kill everything is better gameplay? Both don't have fantastic gameplay, but Zelda's is atleast harder.

    Please, Kingdom hearts had a forgettable sound track. To be honest, I can only remember 2 decent songs. Jeez, Zelda had...hmmm, the main theme, the dungeon theme from the second, Tal Tal Heights from Link's Awaking, Dark World from Link to the Past, Hyrule Field from OoT, Stone Tower Temple from Majora's Mask, and that's just naming a few off my head, bro.

    Isn't it true that 8.8 is just a rehash of Ocarina of Time? Gameplay-wise? What has ACTUALLY changed; ESPECIALLY if you play it on the original intended console?
    Off the top of my head? Kingdom Hearts OST standout tracks? Hikari/Simple & Clean (both the PLANITb remix and the full versions; AND the Orchestral versions), Dive into the Heart, Kairi II, End of the World, Fragments of Sorrow, Dearly Beloved, Passion/ Sanctuary, Org. XIII, Deep Drive, Darkness of the Unknown, Another Side and Fate of the Unknown.
    That's just off hand, what I know by name and love.

    Don't get me wrong, I think the Kingdom Hearts is great...But I personally think that LoZ is more challenging and has more replay value...And the games have influenced those that have followed and it just changed gaming for the good.

    Also, I think that the question should really be LoZ or Final Fantasy...But yeah.
     
    I love them both, but I enjoy playing Zelda more.
     
    Both are great games, however LoZ has been one of the most influential games in history, and unlike other games, make great use of all of the features of the consoles on which they're played.*cough*TwilightPrincessPhantomHourglass*cough*
     
    kingdomhearts definetly. its got a better storyline and its just funner
    the characters are way better then the ones in zelda. and kingdomhearts is just funner

    Legend of Zelda for sure. I guess, for me, it's the nostalgic feeling I get from standing in the Deku Tree or making Darunia dance with Saria's Song. ^_^ Ocarina of Time is probably the best game ever in my opinion. There's just too many memories of the Zelda series that I have.
