Hey guys, I was thinking of altering the rules of this Challenge a bit and maybe adding more type combinations, because it seems that, in the current format, few people ever reach the really high temperatures and stuff.

• Traded over Sneasel egg and hatched it, Chikorita now in PC

• Headed down Route 32 and trained up Ivan
• Entered Union Cave, Ivan then proceeded to decimate the many rock/ground types
• Made it to Azalea Town
• Ivan and Korol' took down team Rocket with no problems
• Challenged Gym

• Korol' paralyzes Scyther with Glare
• Korol takes down a good portion of its health, but Scyther knocks it out with a critical hit quick attack

• Last time, we just got an easy win at Gardenia's Gym; after finishing up business in Eterna City, i.e. cleaning up the Galactic HQ, we were off!
• KAI the Bronzor was caught in the secret cave under the Cycling Road
• MERCURY reached his final stage as a Crobat on our way to Hearthome City
• Received AMUR the Eevee from Bebe in Hearthome

  First we had to drag her back to her Gym, since she was wasting time at the Contest Hall of course. Then we proceeded to Bite and Astonish her spooky Ghost-types to death faining, eventually getting a Relic Badge
• On we go to the Un_known! En route to Solaceon Town, BOREAS finally evolved into Drifblim
• After the cowboy town, we went on our merry way on Rt 210, only to find the road blocked by a flock of Psyduck huddled with their heads in their, uh, hands (Cynthia's own words)
• Finally Veilstone City. I spent too much time in the Game Corner, because it's just so much fun, hehe

  Maylene was tougher than I expected; yup, even that little Meditite was a handful. For some reason, I didn't take any notes for this match, but I guess that with two Flying-types and a Psychic-type, we were bound to get that badge in the end
• And after a quick tag battle with Lucas (I missed Lucas!) against a couple of Galactic Grunts, we were off! AMUR evolved into Umbreon just outside Veilstone City, after a battle with a Collector who had the first three eeveelutions, quite fitting ^_^
• Got to Pastoria City; first stop, the Safari Zone, where I caught TURF the Wooper

  MERCURY was out after two Waterfalls from Gyarados, so it took BOREAS's bulk and Aftermath to slay the (false) dragon. I ended up sending a lv. 32 AMUR as backup, but to my surprise he managed to defeat both Floatzel and Quagsire; he's definitely going to be in the front line from now on!
• Apparently Team Galactic planted a bomb at the Safari Zone; after a quick game of tag and eventually a very quick battle at the lakefront, we got rid of them and we were back on track
• TURF was finally allowed to evolve into Quagsire after learning Earthquake at lv. 33; that, and he was just so adorable as a Wooper ♥
• Thanks to Cynthia's miracle medicine for the poor Psyduck's chronic headaches, we were on our way to Celestic Town, were we stopped Cyrus from defacing the frescos, a feat that was rewarded with HM03
• With Surf, we were able to reach Canalave City

  I was looking forward to Byron, but his team was nothing more than steel-clad monsters with high Defense. Nothing KAI's and TURF's Earthquake couldn't handle. Somehow, after the previous two Gym matches, I was expecting something more...

The thing with Misdreavus is that you get it at Mt Silver so adding one to my team at that point would be...well, pointless.
And Houndour first pops up in Kanto, but I guess I can live with that.
With Krabby and Magnemite appearing like halfway through the game, I'm pretty stuck with Venonat half the game :| Which isn't really fun >u<

So Imma have to turn this team down >.< Sorry Q~Q

Oh my gosh, I didn't realize Misdreavus was exclusive to Mt. Silver in gen 2 games; the only other Ghost-type would be Haunter then, since you can't trade.

Krabby are available the earliest in Cherrygrove City apparently, but you'll need the Old Rod that you get from a dude on Rt 32, after Violet City, I wouldn't say that's too late? Feel free to replace him with Wooper though, I just thought Kingler would be less popular than Quagsire. And I think you can get Pineco before Magnemite, right?

• Grinded Sergei a bit in Ilex Forest
• Headed out of Ilex Forest onto Route 34
• Got to Goldenrod City, and grabbed radio card, bike, and squirtbottle
• Entered Gym

Surprisingly, Miltank didn't give me that much trouble this time

• Headed through Routes 35 and 36 to Eruteak City
• Grinded a bit in the Burned Tower
• Fought Ricardo, AGAIN. But at least i got an evolution

This gym was a piece of cake, i had so many pokemon with dark type attacks, and this happened

This was the hardest gym yet, i had nothing that could really take on fighting types, but i managed

Kingdra was a bit difficult to take down, but other than that this battle wasn't too difficult
