Haruhi shook her head. Mikoto was sitting obediently on her arm without falling down, a mission she accomplished after uber times.

"But we could at least try!" Haruhi tried to protest, but decided that following Felix was actually more correct.

The young lass then turned on her long, tanned legs to face Melanie. Haruhi looked naturally innocent and cute at Melanie before speaking in a mature manner to her.

"You know what? He's not prepared. He doesn't have the least idea of what to do, allow me to point out that." She grinned smugly and shot Simon a glance of apology. "Are YOU going anyway? I don't see if that's any of your business."

A cool and gentle gust of breeze blew by, and Haruhi's thigh-length hair of a pretty shade of light brown flew gently in a beautiful manner. She caught up with Sagi and the rest smartly before sitting on the bus bench's metal 'fence', slightly behind Sagi. Haruhi then decided to sit properly, with her arms folded over her lean legs, which were tilted 90 degrees from her knees to the seat.

Felix groaned. He had been circling the bench for the last half-hour; various thoughts ran through his head.

That girl... Why do I feel like I know her? She said to 'come back', during the tournament. But why? Who is she? He stopped walking for a moment, noticing Elyon out of the corner of his eye. The Angel sat, unmoving, upon Felix's shoulder. For the first time in a long time, Felix couldn't help but think there was something strange about Elyon. He gripped the Angel tightly with both hands.

"That cat... There were lots of other Angels in the room. So why...? Why you? It can't be a coincidence," he muttered to the Angel. He knew, deep inside, that Elyon was somehow connected to both the cat and the girl, though he was uncertain as to how. What was that cat, anyway?

"Elyon... What are you?"

Nothing. The Angel did not respond. The azure-colored eyes faced him, as if staring deep into his very soul; an observer to the bizarre events surrounding the group. Felix sighed, and shook his head. "What am I thinking? He's a doll. What could a doll have to do with all this weird stuff?" With any luck, Gil might know something. Hope the bus comes soon... I should bring a schedule next time.

It was around this time that Sagi called out for a sparring match. Felix heard the call, yet the words did not register with him. As his mind wandered into his own thoughts, he became somewhat oblivious to the outside world.

"A match?" Haruhi recited the words as a bell rang clearly throughout her head. "Maybe..."

She jumped up and turned to Sagi. "I'll take on you if you want!"

Haruhi carried Mikoto gently and allowed her to stand on the ground.

"If you want, that is." She repeated herself, recalling the number of wins she ahd earned jsut with this beautiful yet dangerous doll.

However, Haruhi's mind travelled to the first time she met Mikoto. The blonde had had terrifying glowing eyes which glimmered thought the penetration of the bright moonlight. Haruhi met her in the narrow streets right smack in the middle of the night. Even thought Mikoto seemed scary, Haruhi had managed to boost her courage and take 3 steps foward for a better glimpse of the Doll...

OOC: So PC feels like working again, does it? But for how long? I don't mind continuing this roleplay if everybody else is still going to be dedicated to it.

(*)(IC)(*)

"Alright..." Sagi accepted, hesitantly. Not that he doubted his Angelic Battling skills but he didn't know how well he could fair against someone so pretty. It was bound to get to him at some point.

He shook his head furiously, doing his best to knock out the weakening thoughts. A good competitor could always seperate game from person. He flicked the tips of spiky hair that had fallen to his eyes. "Okay, then. Don't expect me to go easy on you."

The girl to accept his challenge wasn't who he was expecting at all. Maybe Felix, if he wasn't a victim of the puzzles of his own thoughts. And Simon persisted to continue with the silent conduct. Very unlike him indeed. Hopefully, the bus would arrive soon and save them all from this dilemna. But until then...

He settled his white cloaked Angel steadily next to his feet. His eyes adopted a twinkle of determination.

It was time to battle!

(*)(*)(*)

OOC: Short, I know. Want to see if this roleplay is going to continue...

Haruhi's expression changed totally. It was rather obvious that she was in her serious mood now.

"So you won't go easy on me? I don't wanna you to do that anyway!" She answered briskly in her sweet and melodious voice. The pious and naive nature was gone, Here comes the serious and beautiful Haruhi. "Here I come!"

A gust of cool breeze carressed Haruhi's pretty features. Dozens of petals blew by, symbols of sakura, the beautiful cheery blossom. It was the start of a battle for a long long time.

"Mikoto might be getting rusty, but she's still sweet and dangerous all the same!" Haruhi noted before winking at Sagi with a half flirtatious, half cute grin. "Mind your mind." Haruhi was positive about either drawing or winning. She couldn't really be losing. Not to somebody who only thinks of her as a ravishing and cute and naive and innocent lass. No no no, she's more than that.

"Err, so do you start...?" Haruhi suddenly grinned sheepishly in a cute manner, sweatdropping.

OOC| May I just change Haruhi's name to Sakura? And her hair into a pale pink colour. ^^; And Shaydeh, as long as you are here, I'll be replying to all your posts. I just hope the others really notice this. I am interested and dedicated to this.

"Eh.. S-Simon? Are you.. okay?" Melanie asked with a concern look as she stared down to Simon.

It seems that Simon is kneeling down on the ground inspecting something in the grass. He was concentrating very carefully on the situation, he was actually quiet, at least for now.

"AHA!" Simon shouts in a fit of joy as he jumps up with his hand extended out into the air. He seemed to have scared everyone around him by his sudden out-burst.

"Simon?" Melanie asked with a scared yet curious look.

He put his hand down, he seems to be holding something.

"Can you guess what I have in my hand? Can you? Huh? HUH?!" He asked getting more and more excited in each passing moment.

There was a pause.

"No? Fine! I'LL SHOW YOU!" Simon cheered.

"TADA!!!"

In his hand was.. WAS... a rock..

A plain old dull rock that seemed to have been laying in the grass for some time now.

"Hahaha, I know what you're thinking. Old Simon here finally snapped, he doesn't know what he is doing. But look here, this is not just any old rock, this is THE rock!" He explained.

There was another pause.

"Oh c'mon! Don't tell me that you guys don't know about The Rock of Legend?"

Simon rolled his eyes and slowly moved the rock around to show it more to everyone.

"It is said that a rock was used by the old pioneers when they came here in search of the Lucky Penny! The rock was used as a guide or a compass if you will to locate the Penny." He explained.

Before anyone could say anything he yelled,

"DON'T QUESTION ME! IT IS NOT A LIE! Taylor Mcdugle of my Lost Penny Club told me about this so it has to be true."

Just as a quick reminder, Taylor Mcdugle is the biggest liar in the entire school.

Simon bows his head down in a moment of prayer and lifts up the stone.

"Oh great Rock of Legend, show me the way of the Luck Penny. SHOW ME MY PATH OF DESTINY!" Simon yelled.

"AMEN!!!" He screamed as he threw the rock hitting Sagi over the head with it.

"SEE IT WORKS! WE MUST JOURNEY EAST!" Simon proclaimed.

OOC: Ah, such devotion. I am pleased :D

Still, I aplogize for the delays. University classes are keeping me rather busy, so progress with the story is going to slow down for a while. However, I do intend on seeing this through to the end, no matter how long it takes (especially after all the time I spent writing the story flowchart XD), as long as everyone's willing to bear with the slow pacing for a bit longer.

And if anyone's still interested, I'll be accepting additional sign-ups throughout the entirety of the RP. So if you're literate, come on in and join the party! The more the merrier, as the saying goes ^_^

Oh, and xoxkris, I'll accept the change as long as you go back and edit all of your posts to match the new info. Wouldn't want anyone getting confused, would we? (Of course, other people may have to make a few edits as well. Too lazy to check right now >_>)

And now, on with the show!

IC: He emerged from his thoughts just in time to hear the end of Simon's ranting. As the so-called "rock of legend" sailed through the air, Felix could do naught to stop it from impacting Sagi. His mind, requiring a split-second more to readjust to the real world, did not react in time to do anything about the projectile. Instead, he gawked, his jaw momentarily unable to raise itself.

"Wh-wh-huh?" he stuttered. "What just happened? I heard something about a compass, and then a rock hit Sagi!" He swiveled his head, hoping he'd see some sort of clue. Instead, he saw Simon, who had risen from his ground-level perch. And his face was beaming, as if he'd had some startling revelation. Following his gaze, everything suddenly made sense. "Well. I guess that answers that question."

He took a few steps towards Sagi. "Are you all right? That flying rock looked like it hurt!" Before getting a response, he turned around to face Simon. "As for you, compass or no compass, you shouldn't throw rocks at people! Well, usually anyway. Some people need a rock to the face."

He then noticed Haruhi's posture. Apparently, she had accepted Sagi's challenge. Curious to see how things would turn out, Felix stepped away from the two. It would, he hoped, provide some entertainment before the bus arrived.

OOC: Sorry for the prolong...

(*)(IC)(*)

Caring fingers tended to a spot in his hair gently. His parents always told him he had a hard head but that airborne rock proved to be even harder. Green eyes peered at his attacker with a terrible gleam. "What did you do that for???"

He stopped rubbing his head and crossed his arms, realizing that being angry was just a waste of time. It was only a matter of time until that psychopath did something like this. Sagi was just grateful that it was a rock and not some sharp piece of metal that happened to stumble into his clumsy hands. "Rock of Legend?" He huffed in disbelief. "If it's such a legendary stone why throw it around like that?"

His hair fluttered in the wind as he attempted to shake away the pain. "I'm alright everyone," he reassured them, having sensed the concern in Felix' words. However, the new itch in his skull took away from his craving for a battle. He didn't feel in the mood to go through with it anymore.

But he did promise her a battle. And if she still wanted to have it, then he'd comply. "Are you ready?" He eyed Haruhi curiously.

still taking signups i hope?

Name: Haru 'Silvertail' teioshima

Weight: (mass is matter, pounds or newtons is weight) 98 lbs
Appearance: has yellowish gold eyes and shaggy black hair with silver bangs and a silver 'tail' that goes down to his shoudler blades, wears a black shirt that says "Do NOT Distub" in white and wears black jeans.
Personality: very lazy most of teh time, but when hes awake hes an unstoppable ball of energy!
Background: your average, lazy kid, played videogames alot before he got his angel, and still plays videogames against his angel, somehow getting beat every time even thought he controls it, almost as though it has its own mind. His mother died when he was young and his father is in the hospital for an unkown reason to him. he battles with shade to try and raise money to pay for his fathers operation. he has almost enough money, a few more battles and he can pay for it, if its not too late.
Favorite Snack: M&M's
Misc: he and shade get into fights alot for some reason, so dont be surprised if he'll start yelling at shade, apparently for no reason.

ANGEL CREATION

Name: shade
Serial No.: 01472 - Model sh4d3
Gender: shade
Height: 2 ft even
Weapon: a small energy dagger and a 'yo-yo' with electricity running through it, also has tripple claws on bolth arms.
Appearance: has a thin black body with silver claws on his arms, which have armor plates on him just like his knees, has a dagger at his side and a yo-yo at his other side, face has a visor over eyes and has a "V" shaped 'hairstyle' (hes all metal).
Class: acrobat
Ability: can spin at high speeds instantly, dislodging himself from a grip, or drilling into an opponent with claws.
Other: It appears as though shade is self-sufficiant due to the fact that haru's mind is always wandering, if hes thinking one thing, his sub-conciess is thinking another, which makes shade do that, so shade is very unpredictable in battle.

((this is lord of the rings and medabots xD i LOVE IT!))

RP Sample:

I was wondering what I was going to do, not sure where any of my friends were, and I was still unfarmilliar with this island the government had stuck us on. "What am I going to do now?" I asked, looking up at the stars in the night sky, 'silverpelt' i called it, just like in my favourite series, "Warriors," back when i lived back in the USA. Silverpelt was where all the warriors of Starclan lived, warrior cats that had died for some reason or another and gone to live with all the others that had died over the years, they held all the wisdom of the ages, and one day, i hoped that i would join them.

I had never seen any warriors of starclan, but that was natural, according to the books, only clan leaders adn medicine cats could communicate with them, and I was neither of these. "well....might as well go and look around" I said, jumping down and looking around

OOC: ~Obligatory Edit Warning Message Stating That This Message Has Been Edited, Now With 100% More Redundancy~

Better. I knew you could do it, and welcome to the...er...club? Group? Team? RP? Topic? Rag-tag bunch of ordinary people on an extraordinary journey? Whatever you want to call it, I guess >_>

ProTip: For future posts, please spend a wee bit more time proofreading what you write. And don't be afraid to use a dictionary (www.dictionary.com is great) if you're unsure how to spell a certain word. I'll admit, even I find myself cracking open a dictionary pretty often. Ish fun, and improves those handy things we call writing skills!

Anyway, you're in. And if nothing interesting happens in the next 2 or 3 days, I'm bringing in that stupid bus so we can get out of here XD.

Simon suddenly became confused and looked back at Melanie,

"Is it just me or did you hear some sort of whisper like voice saying something about sheets?" Simon asked.

Melanie looked at Simon puzzled and then moved her head slightly to the right and looked like she was trying to hear it as well, but she heard nothing and shook her head.

"I-I don't hear anything..." Melanie said in a shy voice.

However she did feel something, it is her heart beating faster as Simon still looked at her. She blushed and grew more red. Melanie couldn't help but do this and quickly moved her hands up to cover her cheeks but before she could reach them Simon suddenly tossed a camera at her,

"CATCH!" He yelled instantly.

Melanie juggled with it for a moment to get a grip on it and finally caught it.

"Phew.." She sighed in relief that she didn't drop it.

Simon then turned around and extended out his arm towards the two that are about to battle.

"THIS EPIC BATTLE SHALL BE FILMED AS IT WILL SHOW TWO BITTER RIVALS FIGHT TO THE END!" Simon explained in a dramatic fashion.

Hopefully the battle was about to begin soon. The camera is rolling and it becomes quiet until Simon talks again.

"YEAH! WOO!! GO PUMPKIN!" Simon suddenly cheered for Haruhi.

When Melanie heard this she suddenly lowered the camera and looked down. Simon turns to see how she is doing.

"MEL! WHAT ARE 'YA DOIN? C'MON! THE BATTLE IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! THIS WILL BE GREAT IN THE MOVIE!" Simon cheered.

Melanie then gave a quick hop and picked up the camera again and began filming.

"Oh... s-sorry.." She said timidly.

i yawned and looked out the window, the sun already in the sky. "Well...thats one day down...come on shade..." I said, looking over at teh small robot, who was already sitting infront of the gamecube. "Hehehe, looks like your already there...I hate the fact your controlled by my subconciess, but its awsome that half the time I dont have to control you that often..." I said, and it was true, somehow that little robot was directly connected to my subconciess, and I rarely had to tell him what to do because he knew what I was thinking before I did, strange, huh?

OOC: Right, erm... Remember what I said about proofreading? And using a dictionary? Yeah. I'm, er, kinda serious about that. And for the record, the word you seem to be stumbling with is "subconscious". I'm not trying to be rude, just giving out a few pointers that you should consider. Also, write more. You're just barely covering 3 lines on my setting, and we all know how strict that rule is. Well, it's not really that strict, but still, it's gotta be done. So get crackin'!

I want to emphasize to everyone now that you should use Preview Post a lot, to ensure you're writing at least 4 full lines. And that you should not be afraid to crack open a dictionary if you don't know how to spell a word! Seriously, that's how we learn, and I want to make sure we're all on the same page (Figuratively, anyway XD).

Anywho, moving on...

IC: At last, things began to move. Except for Haruhi; she had been standing still for some time now, and Felix began to wonder if she was all right For a brief moment, his thoughts drifted to Elyon again, but he quickly shrugged them off, figuring he'd worry later. Gil probably knows something, I hope. No point worrying about it now, he told himself.

The afternoon glow of the sun began to dim slightly, and Felix was pretty sure that this sparring match wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon. He decided to take this opportunity to speak.

Elyon returned to his percn atop Felix's shoulder as the young man cleared his throat. "Attention, attention. I have a partially irrelevant announcement to make!" He paused for a few moments, making sure he had everyone's attention. "As we all know, lots of weird things have been happening as of late. And I do mean strange! Now, seeing as we're probably going to end up working together, why don't we take this time to get to know each other better?" The gleam in his eye showed his desperation to keep everyone occupied, as time slowly ticked by as they waited for their mechanical carriage to the mall. After a short time, Felix swiveled his head to see everyone."Well, er, I guess I'll start then."

Clearing his throat once more, he spoke with a hearty, yet noble tone. "I am the honorable Felix Rosencrantz," he said, draping his right arm across his abdomen and bowing slightly. "The only child of Elayne and Virgil Rosencrantz. Elyon and I have been together for as long as I can remember, which isn't really saying much, since some people say I have the memory of a goldfish. But let's not get into that," he said with a chuckle. "Anyway..."

"Perhaps you've heard of the Rosencrantz Salmon Shop?" He paused for a moment. Silence filled the air. "Yeah, me neither. Apparently my parents own it, but I never cared much for that stuff. I'd rather have a grand aventure!"

Upon saying the word "adventure", Felix thrust his arms into the air, fists clenched, and grinned. Elyon mimicked him perfectly. And as quickly as they had moved, they returned to their normal posture. "Right, so, who wants to go next?"
-------------------------------------------
High above, the unseen, ghostly spectators continue their observations. Chiyo recoiled slightly, as she looked at Zefiris.

"Oh no, Zeffy's got that scary look in her eyes again!"

"...Does it frighten you? Perhaps I should be glad." She replied, unmoving. Her gaze was focused upon the group below them.

"Heehee, I'm just kidding," she said happily; a smile stretching across her face. "We've been doing this too long for me to get scared."

"..."

"Do ya think you'll use 'her' again, this time?"

"If I must. I won't let you succeed."

Chiyo laughed again. "You're such a silly bunny, Zeffy! Don't you remember what happened last time? And the time before that? And all those other times? This will-"

"-It won't happen again. No matter what the cost, I won't let it happen again."

"Ooh, feisty, aren't we? Well, we'll see how it goes."

"Proof reading, dictionary? Huh?" Simon asked himself.

Anyway,

Simon practically did a somersault, wait a second, he did do a somersault when he heard Felix asking everyone to introduce themselves. He knew this would be the perfect opportunity to brag about himself, for that is what he does and what he does he shall do.

"AHHHHHAHAHAHA!" Simon gave a loud laugh that actually scared mostly everyone.

"I AM SIMON! SIMON SEHZ!" Simon looks up at the sky with his arms extended towards the heavens.

He looks back down at everyone and gives a huge smile,

"Yes! YES! THE GREAT SIMON SEHZ, CREATOR OF SIMON SEHZ FILMS! I AM THE GREATEST MOVIE DIRECTOR AND DEUS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!" Simon shouts, he seems to be getting more and more excited by the minute.

"I AM ALSO DESTINED TO FIND THE LUCKY PENNY!"

"AND DON'T YOU FORGET!" He pointed to everyone.

He then looked around at everyone and started to hop up and down and then stretched out his legs and created two fists.

"But how, HOW DID SUCH A GREAT PERSON CAME TO BE?!" Simon shot out a fist above him.

"I'LL TELL YOU!" He waved his arm towards everyone.

"MY DAD IS SIMON ESCARDEGOERDEARD SEHZ THE SECOND MAKING ME THE FOURTH!"

There was a pause.

"SHUT UP, I'M TALKING!!!" Simon shouted.

Has he snapped? Yes, yes he has.

"HE WAS THE BEST AT MAKING MOVIES, HE MADE HIT FILMS LIKE.....umm....HE MADE THEM! YES!!! HIT FILMS!!!" Simon cheers.

"MY MOM IS NONE OTHER THAN EKENEDILICHUKWU REBECCA SEHZ, SHE MADE THAT THING A MAJIG THAT GOES BOING AND POP! WOO!!" Simon laughed.

He also run up to Felix and started nudging, however those nudges turned to pushes as Simon started to push Felix as he became more and more hyper.

As he did this he kept on saying,

"Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what, Guess what." He kept on chanting.

"I HAVE A SISTER!" Suddenly Simon stopped talking and there was a bit of a silence, a hidden emotion under his skin, something not like him, a hint of sadness.

"Ummm... oh yeah! And my FRIEND Melanie!" Simon said pointing to Melanie.

Melanie blushed for a bit,

"a....just...a...friend...?" She muttered in a sad tone.

"Mel?" Simon asked.

"Oh um, nothing." She bounced back up and smiled.

It seems that something else is bothering her. Melanie starts to get a bit embarrassed as now it's her turn to talk about herself to everyone.

"I, um, am Melanie Bloom..." She says in her timid fashion.

The cute girl grows more shy by the minute.

"Um.. um..." She looks at Simon for help.

"Mel, what's up? Tell everyone here how you're an actress, THE GREATEST ACTRESS IN THE WORLD!!!" Simon proclaims.

Melanie shrugs and begins to put her hands together, she doesn't know what to say.

"Oh, um, yeah.. I'm an actress too..." She says softly. She looks at Simon again and then at Felix and then back at Simon again,

"I'm umm... from... Luna City.." Melanie suddenly says,

"The hell? Luna City? Where's that? On the moon? Hahaha!" Simon laughs at his friend.

Melanie blushes more and nods then stops herself and looks the other way, she starts to cry a bit.

"Mel?" Simon suddenly asks.

He turns to everyone,

"Um.. SHE IS PERFORMING AN ACT! SEE! SHE CAN ACT OUT SAD SCENES PRETTY GOOD HUH?" Simon asks and then laughs.

He then looks back at her, the tears don't seem fake.

Everyone looks at Simon and then at Melanie, there's a silence and confusion when suddenly everyone claps.

"YEAH YEAH! SEE? SEE?!" Simon laughs even more.

Melanie slowly stops sobbing and slowly looks at Simon.

Simon runs to her and suddenly lifts her up,

"YEAH MEL!!!" He cheers for the lifted scared girl.

He puts her back down next to him and then suddenly gets a craving,

"Hey Felix, I dunno 'bout you but Salmon sounds good right about now."

OOC: Bah, I think I am too lazy to change. Never mind that, haha.

IC:

Haruhi had been thinking about her past when Sagi called out to her. She realised that she had been daydreaming and shot Sagi a cute and aplogetic look. Next, she was about to warm Mikoto up when Felix suddenly suggested that they should introduce themselves.

"Oh, Sagi-kun, maybe it's not a bad idea!" She told him excitedly before listening to both Felix and Simon.

Haruhi noticed Simon's sudden depression for a bit before he returned to his usual, hyper mode. Blinking, she decided not to ask Simon directly in front of everybody. "A sister, huh..." She mumbled, reminding herself not to water up. "God Melanie, there's no need to cry... I know Simon seems scary, but still... Haha, Scary Simon..."

Haruhi paused for awhile before speaking in a menlancholic tone. "Me, huh... Well, I am an orphan, no, not by birth, my parents left me when I was only 7 or so. They left me in this lonely, depressing world. I was crying when Mikoto appeared. I forgot how, where and when, but I remembered, from that day on, she coloured my blood-filled world with rainbow. She was my everything from that moment onwards..."

(*)(IC)(*)

Sorrow trembled in the afternoon beams reflecting of the young girl's dark eyes as she recounted her troubling childhood to them. Sagi was doubtful about going through with his original thoughts of comforting her. How could he tell her he knew how it felt when he had never spent more than one week without talking to his parents? His intentions were good but he didn't think the words he could offer her would hold as much emotion as he would've liked them too. Besides, the last thing he thought the girl needed was pity.

He put a reassuring hand on her shoulder and silently nodded his head, hoping the teal gleam in his eyes would speak the sincerity in his heart.

"Okay," he stepped back and stood before the gang. He figured it was his turn. They had probably heard enough sadness for one day, so he decided he'd focus on the positive things about him. "Well, um, my name is Dreydé Sagi." Even as a young kid, he was often hesitant about talking in front of a strange crowd and even though he was starting to consider the crew before him friends, the whole idea was still strange to him.

For the briefest of seconds there, he wished he could be as loud and confident, but less quirky, than Simon. "I've got a twin sister, who's usually a pain in the rear but she has her good moments too," he smiled sheepishly. "It's great to have her around sometimes. She's been with me all my life, even longer than my Angel has."

He put his hands on the knees of shin-length, black shorts and bent over to pick up his Angel. The dark-skinned humanoid figure was adorned in its white hood. "It's actually a coincidence how I met Omu." He looked into the green eyes of his partner. "I found him lying down in the backyard of one my friend's house during a party. I picked him up, and sort of ran home with him," he grinned nervously.

"I figured he must not have been very important to his previous owner - if he had a previous owner - if they would just leave him lying around like that. It took a while until I realized he was actually an Angel but ever since then I've grown attached to him and can't imagine life without him." He put the angel back in his bag.

"I have no idea how I'm going to do it but I'm just as keen on finding the Lucky Penny as much as I think you all are. For some reason, I've always believed it will tell me something about Omu's past. And so that's my reason for searching for it."

He crossed his arms over his white t-shirt and sat crossed legged on the grass. "Sorry if it felt like I was babbling…"

(*)(*)(*)

OOC: Maybe I should've said this sooner but to give you a more definite picture of Omu's appearance, if you'd ever played Soul Caliber 3 and know the character Zasalamel, Omu is pretty much a foot-high replica of him. If you want me to post a picture I could do that too.

OOC: Feel free if you like, but I don't think it's entirely necessary. Our Google overlords are kind and just, and are more than willing to share pictographical information ^_^

IC: Felix kept a smile on his face despite all that he had just heard; memories of sadness and tragedy of those around him danced through his mind, though he tried his best to stay cheerful. Having recently managed to calm himself down after pondering about Elyon, a series of thoughts he'd rather not share just yet, Felix wanted to keep himself in a good mood for just a bit longer.

It'd probably be a good idea to cheer everyone else up as well, he thought. Though, he couldn't help but wonder why Simon hesitated after mentioning his sister...perhaps it would be best not to delve into it. It's difficult to imagine Simon as anything but...well...Simon, for lack of a better term. But what about Melanie? ...Luna City? Absurd as it might be, Felix had seen enough strange things to believe nearly anything. Again, he considered that it would proably be better not to ask.

The only sad person left was Haruhi. Felix began to wonder why he considered attempting to cheer everyone up like this, when in the end he chose not to. A more generic from would suit his style.

Slapping another smile on his face, Felix cheered. "All right! I feel like we're all a little closer now. Sort of, anyway." He glanced over at everyone, before speaking again. "Now that our vague bond of friendship has grown slightly stronger, we're one step closer towards finding that elusive coin! Despite the fact that we still don't know much about what's going on. But we'll get there!" he shouted, trying to sound as optimistic as he could, despite the lack of information.

He opened his mouth to say something else, but he was cut off by a loud screeching noise. Turning around, he saw it. The holy grail of public transportation; the sleek, rectangular entity with tinted windows.

At long last, the coach bus to the Generic Shopping Mall had arrived. The entrance door opened, beckoning the group inside. The driver glared out at them, his eyes hidden behind a pair of thick glasses. For some reason he wore a business suit, and his jaw hung, leaving his mouth open. He appeared to be drooling. He spoke a single sentence, before his jaw returned to its opened state.

"Are you boarding?"

Felix waved to his compatriots. "Woohoo! Let's go!" he yelled, as he frantically ran onto the bus.

Simon cheered with Felix,

"YEAH THAT'S THE SPIRIT!" He shouted in delight and gave Felix a good slap on the back, it'd probably leave his spine red for days.

Simon grabbed Melanie's hand and pushed everyone aside so that he will be the first on the bus, however, Felix beat him to it.

"AH! HAHAHAHA!" Simon laughed loudly.

Melanie, still holding hands with Simon, begins to blush a bright red and grows a cute smile. She seems in complete happiness holding onto Simon's hand. How can Simon not see this?

Simon looks down at her,

"Hahaha!! Yeah! You beat them too!" He cheered for Melanie.

The girl jumped up a bit and looked down away from Simon.

"Alright! WINDOW SEAT!!!" Simon yells.

Simon, where ever he goes on the bus he seems to rock it back and forth as he is running and stomping his way around. He is starting to cause a distraction and getting a lot of attention of others on the bus.

"HEY PIPE DOWN BACK THERE!" Yelled an angry old man.

Simon still seemed to be in his own little world and continued to laugh. He finally found his window seat and sat down, he bounced up and down in his seat.

"We're moving! We're moving!!" He cheered like an idiot.

At this point however, Melanie now had her hand to herself since Simon let go of it. She seemed a bit lost and just stood there at the enterance of the bus. She seemed to grab some attention as well from some guys in the bus, not by making any noise though but by the her being so attractive.

The timid girl slowly placed her hands together and looked down. She seems to be thinking of something else, a certain someone.

"AWW MAN! GUYS HURRY UP AND GET ON THE BUS! THAT LUCKY PENNY WON'T FIND ITSELF!" Simon yelled at everyone followed by an insane laugh,

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!" Simon laughed on.

Haruhi glanced from Felix to Sagi, with a puzzled look in her eyes. "What's wrong with you two? I mean, come on, my past isn't that bad, right? Just a tiny weeny little tragic..." She grinned cheerfully as she tried to 'measure' the length with her fingers.

As Haruhi was boarding the bus, she cheered softly along with Felix and Simon. It was hardly obvious that she wasn't as optimistic as normal, and she was actually a pro at hiding her emotions. She was the second last, and Sagi was last. Since the bus steps are actually quite high, she figured she'll help Sagi a bit by offering him a hand and pulling him up.

The beautiful lass found no more place for her Sagi to sit - the bus was full. "Oh well, just my luck, I guess we just have to stand! Standing requires more energy, so I can easily cut down on my fats!" She giggled in a happy-go-lucky manner, standing beside Melanie and in front of the cute guys around. However, she was unknown of them being familiar until one of them greeted her with a hard pat on her right shoulder.

"Not that you need to cut down anyway, Haruhi!" He laughed, and Haruhi turned to find a bunch of cute boys looking at her. Their attention was now focused on her instead of Melanie, and she finally figured out who they were. "Boy, did you get even cuter!" The guy remarked.

"You guys! Oh gosh, I have never seen you all for such a long time! How's everybody?" Haruhi squealed with excitement. Naturally, her eyes started to gleam and sparkle again, and she stuck out a playful tongue at the boys, grinning. "So when do you guys wanna hang out again - wait, I am having some important matters now, so it can't be so recent! How about 3 months later? I hoped your contact hasn't changed, Kaito!" She beamed brightly at the guy who noticed her first. When he shook his head, she heaved a sigh of relief.

Kaito gave Haruhi a quick hug and whispered something into her ears that make her face changed. He gave her a few comforting smiles before alighting the bus with the rest of Haruhi's elementary buddies, who either patted her and gaves her quick, fast hugs. Haruhi forced a meek smile and turned back to the rest of the gang.

On the bus, none of the guys who had spoken to Haruhi and changed their attention from Mel to her was left. Haruhi stared at their backviews as the bus drove off, and returned to speaking with Felix and the rest.

"Look, my past doesn't bug me at all. Nothing can bug me!" She reassured them with a fake smile. "Not something as trivial as that!"

Bumpy Ride

Death was trivial? Well EXCUSE HIM for being concerned. In all honesty however, it was probably a good thing she kept a cheerful attitude through it all. It made for a much simpler person to travel with and a more pleasant journey. When Sagi thought about, it sort of made sense that she wouldn't be too depressed, seeing as she lost her parents at a relatively early age, when they probably weren't vitally bonded. If she was happy, he'd be happy too. In the changing flow of mood that swept passed them, he gave her a joyful smile.

Though Sagi was still unsure whether he was happier about her being happy or his bosom finding a seat to rest on during the bus ride. The bus drove silently along the streets, few people indulging in conversation, some sleeping, and others he assumed to have drifted into their own thoughts.

As for him, he concentrated on muffling the pain that would sting his bottom every time the tires met an abrupt bump. It turned out that there was a small anthill of inflated metal on the seat he sat on. How lucky. He put his hand under his shorts and sat on more comfortable surface of his fingerless gloves. But somehow, the sudden jerks of the bus still made him cringe in discomfort every time they came. Maybe he was better off standing after all. Not that I have any 'fats' to cut down on, he reassured himself.

He hoped no one could see that his eyes were partially shut as he tried to block out the pain. He already had a plan if someone asked what was wrong. He would simply pretend to be asleep as oppose to admitting that his butt was hurting. And he especially wasn't going to admit it to the girl sitting right next to him. From what he gathered moments before, Haruhi was quite a hit with the guys, and he wanted to be seen in the same light, and not something weaker – if that made any sense.

He was probably thinking too much of it. Either way, his number one concern for the moment was the mall and when the bus was going to arrive there. He didn't know how much longer he could take the pain…
