What environment would Lugia find it hardest to adapt to?
The volcano. Because it's too hot for Lugia to adapt.

Hmm... I should go to places with extreme wheater, such as the dessert and blizzard.
LUGIA is part water type, so it can't last long in hot terrains, and so goes to places with extreme blizzards, for Lugia is a Flying type, and FLYING types' weakness is Ice Type attacks. :\
 
What environment would Lugia find it hardest to adapt to?
Probably somewhere really hot, like a desert or some place near a volcanoe, or a hot terrain.

Actually, Lugia is Psychic/Flying.

I think that it has a kind and loving personality, it must be very loving and caring since it cares for the sea and the pokemon living in it. I also think it has a fierce personality because it is really fierce in it battles and is really brave.

Calm, understanding, and brave. Saddened- not angered- by evil humans. >_> I don't think Lugia becomes angry per-se... with humans for what they do. I think he is just saddened that people can act cruelly to Pokemon.
