Yes, I think Lugia is the strongest Pokemon. Because it has high defenses and a good moveset.

Hmm... No PKMN is considered the strongest of all, though. Every PKMN has it's own weaknesses.

I should agree that Lugia has good stats, but no, it's not the strongest.
'Cause if it was strong, then it could have still be active after it was hit by Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno... :\

But yeah, Lugia's strong, but not the strongest. :D

Yeah it is very strong but not the strongest. It has good stats but some pokemon are(dunno why) stronger than Lugia, so it cannot be considered the strongest pokemon among all pokemon.

Lugia is definatly one of the strongest pokemon I know of. I know of ALL pokemon.
It learns great moves, and has amazing stats. Not to mention how cool it looks.
No pokemon is really the strongest.
But Lugia's up there with the strongest one's.
Way up there.

No. I don't. According to stat spread. It's in 3rd. Mewtwo's 2nd. Arceus is 1st. In the games anyway.
In the movies... I think all Legendaries tie as the strongest. Just because they are tied with nature and the land even more than normal pokemon.
 
What kind of behavior/personality do you think Lugia has and why?

I agree with everyone. Lugia does seem gentle, but can be devastating when protecting loved ones.

Not the strongest, but very defensive. Stat-wise, not the highest, but still very high in the top percentiles.

The colour difference I refer to are the ones on LUGIA's back and around LUGIA's eyes... ;)

I think Lugia's blue eyes and back from Diamond and Pearl is cooler.

The Blue one. It really suits Lugia. I don't like black anyways.
