This FC is pretty much exactly what I said it is. At this FC we just talk about Lugia, and the other Legendary birds. But, this is mainly just ~.: The LUGIA FanClub :.~!!! Yup. When you join post a video or a pic of Lugia...but if you don't, that's OK.

So just abide the standard PC rules, or else.^^

I do think that Lugia would be an awesome dragon type PKMN or an Ice type! :D
