A very good moveset for Lugia is:

Aeroblast
Fly
Sky Attack
Psychic

That's the best I can do. BTW, he is Psychic/Flying (as you all know), so he should know moves equivalent to his elements. Beat that.

No, it's not good. Lugia has too many Flying-type moves. Rock-type PKMN can hurt Lugia, because it hasn't a water-type move...

Here's better way.
Hydro Pump
Swift
Ancietpower
Aeroblast or Sky Attack

Your welcome.

Because that move wait 2 turns then foe got damaged on third turn, ya know. But if unlucky, Lugia can getting hurt then faint from foe's move after Lugia used Future Sight. Dark-type, electric-type, rock-type, and ghost-type can give Lugia a lot of damage. Future Sight is at 90% Accuracy, foe PKMN can dodge that move but rarely. If 100%, never miss.

I like to finish 'em so quickly.

So all or some PKMN could learn each difference moves. It's ok if two same.

Swift* is best for your Lugia, because Lugia has no effective techniques for foe PKMN. Then use normal-type technique. Any PKMN need have one of normal-type technique.
