No, I don't want it to be in my team, for I have some reasons...
1. I don't want to destroy the balance of nature. Legendaries should be kept in the wild.
2. I don't want to depend on strong PKMNs... That won't measure a true TRAINER's strength.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. That's why I say that there's more than one of each legendary, the original (uncapturable XDD) and a few others that are a bit less powerful. >_>
Yes, I would want Lugia on my team, only from time to time, and not usually for battles.
