Neji is Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach
Shikamaru is Renji Abarai from Bleach
Sasuke is Riku from Kingdom Hearts
Naruto is Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece
Sakura is Haraharu Haruko from FLCL
Gaara is Robin from Batman
Hinata is Yuna from Final Fantasy

Neji is way cooler then Byakuya.

Shikamaru is way way way way cooler then Renji.

Sasuke is infinitely cooler then Riku.

Gaara is cooler than robin.
and Renji and SHika are tied for a high spot, and Negi and Byakuya, tied for a mid spot. ;D
