I believe you are still qualified as a new member. ;D
(Though there really isn't set period of being a new member... I would put it right at about a month or two.)
Don't worry, lot's of people here come for the stupendous ROM hacks! I have played quite a few of them myself and I see no shame in downloading them, especially when someone went through all that trouble to make one!

im trying to make some hacks (not going to well) and i hope i will soon post 1 :P
..........in the far future of coarse
if anyone wants to play a cool well mad rom download bloodydiamond by Buffy it is the first diamond rom and its brilliant (it gives patching program inside zip or rar) you will need a uncut diamond rom to patch to
hope u enjoy it as much as i am

Hiya, I have been on here a week or so, and only just found this topic!
My name is Peach, and as you can tell from my username, I am a fan of Water Pokémon! I have liked Pokémon since I was about 12 (I am now 22) and I decided to join this forum as I have been an admin on another pokémon forum, but it's dying a slow and painful death, and the site owner hasn't got a clue!
This place is great! There are so many active members here and it's not being run by an Iron fist (like the owner of the other site!) I am happy to be here!

Hi! names Dylan, joined the forum due to my <3ing of pokemon, y'know, since its pretty awesome and all :D
Just a simple nerdy kinda guy. I am pretty much here to find like-minded people who enjoy discussing pokemon and things similar. Just hoping to meet some friends I guess. My favorite type is grass and I have a dry and sometimes sarcastic sense of humor. I am generally a nice guy though...I swear. Except around fire-types. They make me hurt inside.
