    I'm very new to this site, but hopefully I can get some roleplayers...Please tell me your complaints, and I will try to improve it for you.
    It took place in SnowPoint city. The city was very busy, preparing for a huge blizzard. Gym Leader Candice welcomed it, a chance to train her strong ice pokemon. She was outside, training her Sneasel by having him use slash on a tree nearby the gym. Then it started raining what appeared to be red crystals...But Candice recognized these as shards. She remembered them a few months back when the sky turned purple and strange noises were coming from Mt. Coronet. The shards were perfectly harmless, and vanished when they touched human's and pokemon's skin, and when they hit water or snow. When it happened before, she asked other people what they were, but they didn't see anything. Some people even thought she was crazy. She asked Sneasel if he saw it, and he shook his head. Sneasel now looked at her with fear on his face, and Candice yelled "Return!" and put him back in his pokeball. She ran to the PokeCenter and asked Nurse Joy if she saw them. Nurse Joy looked out the window. "I don't see them Candice...Maybe you should lye down?" asked Nurse Joy. Candice ran outside without saying anything, hearing Nurse Joy in the distance yelling her name. That day, Candice and many others who saw the shards vanished. Search teams searched and searched for them, but they were never found and the search was called off after a month. But Candice and the people vanished all because they had something special in common: They could recognize the effects that Giratina put on the world when it came in to our dimension. They were all put into a world exactly like theirs, except there were no buildings, except wierd stone structures that would heal your pokemon if you put them up to them. These stone structures were like big blocks, and were put everywere were the pokemon centers were. There was no life, except for pokemon native to the strange world, and the trainers and pokemon put into it. They all need to figure out how to get out.

    Rules:Well, we all need to obey these to roleplay, so here it goes...
    1. Standard pokecommunity rules obviously apply.
    2. No god-modding, please.
    3. Please post at least once a week, or you'll be kicked off...Sorry, but I need to do this so everyone can roleplay =D
    4. Err...No "Love" things...And if you do this, keep it at a G-PG level, lol.
    5. Don't get mad at me if you don't get what you want.
    6. Please respect everyone in this thread.
    7. If we get enough roleplayers, I will decide later on who controls this when I am gone.

    So...I guess this is the beggining of the thread. Whatever region you start out at, you will be placed at Mt. Coronet in the Sinnoh Region when you get placed in the New World. You will be at the southern entrance of it. You may decide were to go, but only I can approve on what pokemon you catch, and what pokemon would appear by you. So like, if you wanted a pokemon to appear by you, you would say something like this, "As (Insert name here) was walking, a (I put this) appeared out of the bush.". And if you wanted it to be caught, it would be like this "(Insert name here) waited while the PokeBall shaked and then (Pokemon name) was...". I would like to roleplay soon, but sign-ups will be open for a long time, even if we start roleplaying.

    Name: Yenic
    Gender: Male
    Age:13
    Personality:Yenic is a very odd person. He has a British accent. At times he is a sweet, caring Pokemon Trainer. But when he battles alongside his Poochyena, his personality gets fierce. He trains Poochyena to use it's utmost power, and teaches it rare moves like Shadow Ball. His Poochyena means everything to him. He gets easily offended when others consider it "weak" or "useless". But most of the time, Yenic is very easy to talk to and do stuff with. His favourite thing to do is train in the wild. That way, he has a chance to encounter the infamous Shiny Mightyena he met when he was a small child just outside of Littleroot Town.

    History:Yenic lived in Littleroot town ever since he was a child. His father was an Aide for Professor Birch and his Mom worked at the Berry Shop near Rustboro City. Even though neither of his parents had any Pokemon, Yenic had a burning desire of one day being a Pokemon Trainer. What he loved to do was to play with the Poochyena near Rustboro; feeding them, grooming them, etc. The Poochyena trusted him so much, they never dared to attack him.
    Then one day, just as Yenic went for his daily visit, he encountered a new Pokemon. A Pokemon he had never seen. It was a Shiny Mightyena. It fled at the spot but left Yenic something far greater. A dream. A dream to one day catch it and train it to be the best.
    Even when he was older, he kept visiting the Poochyena, never seeing the Shiny Mightyena again.
    Now that he is 13, he is ready to start his Pokemon journey and train a perticular Poochyena, one that lived with him and been by his side ever since he could remember. Even though it doesn't live in a Poke Ball, Poochyena treated Yenic as a trus Trainer and was excited about starting the journey too. Now together, he hopes to gather more Pokemon, beat the Elite Four and hopefully, encounter the elusive Shiny Mightyena again.

    Appearence: Yenic is very mysterious looking. He wears a dark blue shirt with a red zipper jacket with two white lines on the neck. And He wears long, black jeans with white lines on the bottom. He has long, shaggy hair that tends to go in his plain, mysterious face and pale, blue eyes. He flicks the hair out of his face occasionally. He wears small, olden time like glasses. Most of the time, he is seen wearing a strange-looking pendant; a small jagged fang, believed to be the fang of the Shiny Mightyena that he aims to add to his "Yena" collection ( a collection of rare and and powerful Poochyena and Mightyena, his two favourite Pokemon). Yenic always keeps Poke-Balls at hand. Yenic has a habit of tapping his right foot when impatient.

    Personality: Sam is quiet, he barely speaks unless spoken to, angered quickly and very agressive if pushed to it. He strives and strives to become the best that he can be each and every day and never quits, he loves his pokemon and createst a strong bond between himself and them, always pushes them to there full potential. Hes very hard headed and speaks his mind on everything that he can. very strong self pride and respect for those he loves but strong disrespect against those he does not like
    History: Sam was from newbark town in the johto region where he lived with his father who taught him everything he knew about being a pokemon trainer, his father was once a great trainer before he became to old, he had given sam his favorite pokemon, his misdreavus, his mother had passed away when he was very young becoming the main inspiration of him becoming a great trainer. his sisters also helped push him into being stronger. he moved alot so the only real friends he had where his pokemon. once when he was young, he spotted the legendary suicune next to the lake he lived at, when he rushed to tell his family, noone believed him, his goal is to finally see suicune again, at all costs. and maybe, just maybe capture the legendary beast
    Appearance: Sam was tall, with long straight hair, very thin figure but toned a musley at the same time, blue eyes that shone out and everyone could recognize, he wore a black and purple sweatshirt along with black pants and wristbands on both arms

    Age: 13
    Personality: Lilly was raised in a rich family and was spoiled as a child, she thinks that everyone in the world should bow down to her, and that she is the center of the world. she was also very pretty, and still is, she enjoys all the attention she gets from boys, and when ever someone is'nt jelous of her she gets very annoyed and normally shouts at them... Implying her large temper, she also takes out her problems on others, mostly her kind and caring mother, who only wants her happiness. When she saw the red shards, at first she thought they where gifts from the sky... But she couldnt touch them! She was terrified when she was put into the New World, now she just wants to go home. When she met her pokemon though, she sofened up... Slightly...
    History: Lilly had once lived in the very pretty region of Jhoto, in Azelea Town, everyday she would play with the Slowpoke, she even had one of her own... She loved it very much, and Pokemon were one of the few things she was kind too, when Team Rocket attacked and stole all the Slowpoke she was very distraught, she would often go out into the wild and cry over him, then, she met a Hoppip, this Hoppip was very kind to her, and every day would come and sit with her and try to calm her down... Normally with Berries. Lilly was cheered up, but the thought of her Slowpoke lingered in the back of her mind, and she would still sometimes cry herself to sleep. Then the Slowpoke were saved, and Slowpoke and Hoppip got on very well! One day though she had too move... To Rustboro city, she was very sad, but still had her pokemon, she also met a Skitty, who joined her team... She rarley trained so her Pokemon were quite weak. When she saw the shards she began to feel dizzy, she woke up in a strange place, just like Rustboro, but without building... She still had her pokemon... But she had to get out of here!
    Appearance: Lilly has flowing reddish brown her that goes down to her shoulders, she has a heart shaped face with sky blue eyes, and rosy red cheeks, her limps are plump and shiny, and doesent she know it! She was an average height for her age, but was underweight, in her hair she always wears a blue headband with a ribbon in it to keep her hair out of her eyes. She is rich, therefore her clothes are not suited for the ouside enviroment, she wears a blue silk dress that goes to her knees, at the waist she has a ribbon tied round her.
    Pokemon team: Hoppip, her favorite pokemon, that she called Angel. (Lvl: 10)
    Slowpoke, The first pokemon she met, there bond was loose, as they would 'argue', she called him Jay (Lvl: 7)
    Skitty, She only met her a while ago, but they have a very strong bond, Skitty isnt very strong yet, especially due to how Lilly rarley trained. (Lvl: 5)

    Name: Takashi Tahima
    Gender:Male
    Age:14
    Personality: Takashi is a very nice,bold,brave boy. Since Takashi was raised in Veilstone city he train with the gym leader Maylene in the way of martial arts. Takashi always fights for justice and usually gets beaten up by groups of bully's. Takashi also will jump into a building on fire to help someone out. He also is very kind to people in need and will do anything to help someone or something. Takashi was kind and bold enough to save a baby skitty from a burning building. He faced his fear of being alone in the forest at night time with Ghost Pokémon.
    History: Takashi as lived in the shinnoh region in Veilstone city for all of his life. His Mom worked at the Department store and his dad at the gym. Takashi use to play at the local playground and that's where he meet his first Pokémon Riolu. When Takashi found Riolu it was injured and hurt. Takashi brought it home and healed it ever since Takashi and Riolu were best friends. Takashi and Riolu use to go to Maylene's gym to train with her and her Lucario in the way of martial arts. Once Takashi turned 10 he went of on his journey and he caught his first Pokémon Chimchar. Takashi met his Chimchar in a forest eating a berry, Takashi challenged it to a battle an won.When Takashi turned 13 he obtained 1 gym badge and caught his third Pokémon Gligar. Takashi met Gligar in a cliff area near mount cornet. Gligar was being chased by a group of Fearows, Takashi used his Chimchar to defeat the fearows. Gligar was so greatfull that it decided to join Takashi's team. One day Takashi was traveling through the forest and noticed shards falling from the sky. Takashi then suddenly blacked out. When Takashi woke he checked his poketch and noticed he was out for a year! Takashi now what's to know where he is and how to get out.
    Appearance: Takashi has black spiky hair. He wears a black jacket opened with a red shirt. He wears a black poketch around his arm. Takashi is a average height boy. Takashi's jacket pockets have his pokedex and map. He also wears regular jeans and a black belt. Along his belt he has his pokeballs 3 regular pokeballs 2 luxury pokeballs and 1 heal ball. In his pockets he has a flash light and first aid kit. Takashi also wears black shoes with a red strip on the side. He also as a red back pack with food and a sleeping bag. Takashi also wears goggles on his head. Takashi loves to wear his black gloves that stop at his fingers

    Name: Deseray Carlisle.

     Gender: Female.

     Age: Fifteen Years.

    Born: Viridian City Hospital, 31st October, 1993.
    Personality: Deseray is a strong-minded english girl, never giving up and striving to do her best at everything she can. She is normally calm and collected, quick to take charge but hates being the center of attention. Her temper sometimes gets away with her, and if you get in the way of it, you'll see it doesn't pass quickly. Sometimes she holds grudges, sometimes she doesn't, it all depepnds on what you do to right what you have supposedly done wrong.

     Not one to apologise very often, even if she is in the wrong, and is quick to get angry at anyone who speaks badly of her friends, pokémon and loved ones. Very competitive she loves an oppertunity to battle, any chance to make her pokémon stronger. But if she loses, she will willingly accept defeat, but will most likely ask for another battle when her pokémon have reached a higher level. Sarcastic and c0cky but also loyal and forgiving when she wants to be. Fairly quiet unless spurred on by something.

    She acts tough but inside there is a 'Handle with Care' sign. Once you get to know her she is a loving, caring young girl, a daydreamer and a loyal friend.

    History: From the region of Kanto, Pallet Town, her mother and father were both pokémon doctors in Viridian City. Her parents never owned pokémon themselves, only worked with them. They thought that using pokémon as a sort of 'family' as trainers travelled was wrong, and that no creature companions could compare to, or be a substitute for, human companionship.

    Deseray eventually broke away from her parents hold and went on to become a pokémon trainer, her parents still have not forgiven her for supposedly 'pushing them aside'.

    She has travelled to other regions aside Kanto, and has several pokémon, but only had three fairly weak pokémon at her side at the time of the shards. This was because she was training them. She likes to keep all her pokémon at the same levels, which is a difficult task when you have over three hundred.

     She was in Lavender Town at the time of the shards. When they started falling, however, she did not run for cover, but just stared into the sky, despite her Charmander tugging on her trouser leg, wishing for her to follow him into the cover of a nearby home's front porch. She doesn't wish to return 'home' just to somewhere away from the new world, just somewhere farmiliar.

     Appearance: Tall, five feet 8 inches, with flowing, raven black hair that reaches to the small of her back, cut jaggedly at the ends where she attempted herself to cut it, to some people, it looks scruffy, to others, a new style. Dark, murky green eyes. Very pale skinned, almost tranluscent-looking, but in the right light it can be beautiful, rather than making her look almost ill.

     Long, thin, muscles on her arms, fairly noticable under a tight army-print t-shirt and an open black coat falling to just below her knees. A black leather belt holds everything she needs, a map, a pokédex, her pokémon, and several other neccessities. A scarlet red pokétch is on her right wrist. Flared jeans cover her legs, holes in the knees with ripped ladders going down her shins.

    A small, black, backpack holds all other things that won't fit on a belt. Potions, antidotes, paralyze heals and the like. She has a lot of knowlage of these from her parents.

     Pokemon team: Charmander - Lvl 14. Scyther - Lvl 12. Houndour - Lvl 13.

    Name: Wesley Marvel

    Gender: Male

    Age: 15

    Personality: Wesley is a brave/modest character, he stands up for himself and others. He is a modest person which makes him loved. He is very practical, he is never sarcastic. He is more of a leader because he can take charge and never panics. His personality really shows when he trains his Pokemon. For example on the second day of his journey a wild Beedrill attacked his first pokemon Pineco. Pineco was terrified of the Beedrill, Beedrill was charging at Pineco with its deadly twin needle attack but Wesley jumped in front of Pineco and protected him. He was badly injured from that attack, but if that twin needle hit Pineco he would of been badly hurt so from that day Pineco trusts Wesley with his life. Wesley is more of an experienced trainer (being on his pokemon journey for 5 years) his experience is what makes him brave and bold.

    History: Wesley was born on November 5, 1993 in Cianwood City in the Johto Region. Wesley's parents Mike and Laura run a local store that would sell locally made super rods. His father grew up in Cerulean City which is where he learned the secrets on how to make perfect super rods. He also was on a pokemon journey for 8 years, he journeyed throughout all of the Kanto Region. He meet his future wife Laura at the Indigo Plateau while they were both battling to become pokemon champions. He faced Laura with his Scyther against her Venomoth. In the end Mike defeated Laura and moved on to the semi-finals, he lost against the future gym leader Blaine. Mike and Laura fell in love, they got married and moved to Cianwood City. He would use his Scyther to shape the super rods, and have Wesley make the lines. Wesley has always admired his father so he started out his journey in the Johto region. Wesley defeated all gym leaders and made it to the Johto Conference. He got 3rd place in the conference with his: Foretress, Piloswine, and Murkrow. He has journeyed throughout the Johto, Hoeen, and Sinnoh Regions. His last journey will be in the Kanto Region. I each region Wesley would "start over" and journey through each region with new pokemon, Wesley keeps his old pokemon at his parents house in Cianwood. On the beginning of his Kanto Journey, Welsey was in the Veridian Forest training his pokemon. His Zubat was battling against his Rattata. During the battle Wesley's Zubat started panicking while he was flying. Shards started falling out of the sky and Wesley blacked out. He awoken seeing a "reversed world", Wesley grabbed his father's King's Rock and clenched it tight.

    Appearance: Wesley is 5 foot 11 inches, he has blond hair and green eyes. Wesley wears a blue shirt and jeans. Wesley is an avid Skier and Swimmer. Wesley is athletic and very healthy. He carries a backpack with his Dad's custom made super rod and his other pokemon good's (poke balls, potions, etc.) Wesley carries a King's Rock that was a gift from his father for good luck.

    Pokemon: Slowpoke (lv 10), Zubat (lv 8), Rattata (lv 9)

    Gender:     Male

    Age: 16

    Personality: Theo for a Pokémon Trainer isn't very optimistic. He is reluctant, confused and slow at change, usually seeing all the negative sides of things. In some ways he can be a realist and a depressant to others around him. However he wasn't always like this. As he soon finds himself in the Lost World, he doesn't think much of it since he cannot understand it well enough. Though, in a odd subconscious way, he finds himself self rather comfortable within the Lost World yet more sad, thinking his travels brought him to nothing more than a desolate alternative to the previous more lively world.

    History: Theo was once a carefree and happy boy who loved Pokémon and all there was to them. He enjoyed catching them, battling and so on. His family, located in Vermilion City of Kanto, cheer for him when he caught his first Pokémon and always were behind him. He was loved by them and he loved his family back just as much, being the only child, he was adored. During his Pokémon Adventure both of his parents were drowned during the SS Anne Incident where it sank, trapping his parents on their vacation cruise to the deep depths of the blue sea. Ever since Theo obtained the news of his family, his personality changed and he became a whole different person. Growing bitter and cold, he soon grew depressed over the things he used to enjoy and hardly won any Pokémon battles, let alone badges. He is nothing but a shell of his former self never able to truly move on. But, he continues his Pokémon Journey anyway, seeing how there is nothing else he can do. As Theo loses his passion of things he once enjoyed, he sees a shard fall from the sky in his travels. As he gazes upon the strange objects drifting down from the sky, he finds himself suddenly lost in a strange, yet empty world, as if a reflection of himself.

    Appearance:     Theo is a tall boy about 6 ft, and a healthy fit body due to his constant walking. He has deep blue eyes and light brown messy hair, covered with a flannel gray galaxy cap with black designs of a Pokéball on the sides. Becoming accustomed during his travels in crossing over to Sinnoh, he wears a dark gray clothed winter coat with the collar popped. Under this he wears a black fitted long sleeved turtle-neck shirt. He wears worn out black jeans, with a brown belt, and black yet worn slip-on leather shoes. Theo also wears black leather gloves since Sinnoh is cold for him.

    Shellos was Theo's second wild catch as he crossed over from Kanto to Sinnoh, entering the region by Route 221, crossing over the mountains from Cerulean City.

    I have just noticed something quite strange....

    I am the ONLY female on this board, not as in character, but actual ME.

    Just thought i'd point it out for some reason.

    Lol...I bet everyone's going to go down through the posts and check the genders now...

    Anyway...i'm anticipating the First Chapter! I hope it starts soon!
