i dont know why i named them like that
On my Laptop
plusle- mario
minun- waluigi
kyogre- orca
On my Colloseum
meganium- hibiscus
umbreon- charly
espeon- barbossa
Entei- Marvin
Raikou- Ian
Suicune- Lars ( like Lars the ice-bear or me)

ps: i wanted to name my regirock it's a stone

Lately I've been giving nicknames to most of my Pokemon since I restarted Sapphire:
BENGUI - Swampert
LaROUSSE - Aggron
DUNAIX - Dustox
MAKELELE - Makuhita
CITROU - Tropius
KHAKI - Kecleon

I've also always named my shiny Gyarados in Gold "GYAREDOS"
