(saves fern) you are not from the council I know. PLease Wolf, Judge. I request you to leave. (Sports a shiny bagde with a crest of ho-oh and lugia) And as a member of The Circle, I have the authority to command you. (pulls out wand, sort of force-fields Wolf out)

*looks at the Mega Lucario* Are you saying you have never heard of the Citadel Council? They are representives of the Asari, Salarian, and Turian races. They are three of the most powerful beings in the galaxy. As a Spectre, I report to them.

Hey there! I think I know you... Anyways, you are very welcome here! Try their specialty of Dragonite Pee. It is delicious. In fact, it gives a ton of energy. Watch out for those cookies, though. You don't want to end up like Blazekin. Whats up?

Come on Lucariokul. Milk is a bladder excecration. Dragonite pee is so underrated- it's gives energy and is healthy. Plus it takes good.

*recieves too much energy and pours Dragonite pee on Lucariokul.*

*gives just enough time for fernbutter to swipe his badge.*
 
(notices fern, counters with blaze kick) Fool. I CANNOT lose it. Besides, the idea is ridiculous.(gets back badge, puts it on his fur) And my name is Hylian. :/ Its on the badge too.
 
What happens if you do lose it? What does the badge signify? How can I go about getting one? I want one with Diagla and Palkia on it.

Didn't you hear me? I CANT. If I do, it just reappears on me. It signifies me as one chosen and recognised by The Original Circle. You need to... how to put it... suffer really bad a lot and ride it out, still righteous?? Although it's doubtful that you would be able to earn one. The Pokémon on it are decided on rank. I am a Rank 3. Im very lucky.
 
He saunters in and happens to overhear some of the current conversation, which might've sounded almost like an argument to a passerbyer. Maybe arguments were normal in a nightclub? It's not like he would know any different.

"Original Circle? Ranks? I'd hope that's nothing bad."

Maybe it was best if he just sat down and minded his own business.
 
*Notices N and slides a special martini onto his table which he made awhile ago before getting blaze kicked into the wall by Rukario Hylian*

-she walks in and flops onto a barstool and looks at the Bartender- Shot glass with a bottle of evan Williams and a glass of coke please. -she watches what is going on as she sits secluded and a little lonely.- ah, well ~thank you sir -she takes a few gulps from the bottle before pouring shot and sitting looking to the distance absentminded.-
