    General rule:
    1. Must name yourself with the chosen god and choose the gender according to the chosen god, also. (This rule doesn't apply to R/B/Y)
    2. Hacking/Trading is not allowed unless it's for evolving a Pokemon or your chosen Pokemon isn't available before the third gym
    3. Only legendaries allowed are the ones that are listed under your chosen god. Must be able to capture it during the main story and only one legendary per team allowed
    4. Exp. Share is not allowed on XY, neither the Pokemon Amie except for evolving Sylveon
    5. Must have a minimum of 4 Pokemon before reaching the Elite 4

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    R/B/Y & FR/LG: Zapdos
    BW & B2W2: Cobalion, Thundurus or Zekrom

    Deity Rules:
    - Must have a Pokemon that knows Thunder
    - Cannot heal or revive Pokemon during battle
    - Battle mode must be on Set
    - Win Power Pokeathlon (Only applies for HG/SS)


    Odin

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    D/P/Pt: Uxie
    BW & B2W2: Terrakion
    X: Xerneas

    God Types:
    Psychic, Fairy & Fighting

    Deity Rules:
    - Allowed to pick another god's legendary and switch it for the ones listed for Odin (Must be able to capture during the main story)
    - Pokemon in your team must have at least 100 Sp.Atk or 100 Atk
    - Achieve Master Rank in Smart Contest (only applies to R/S/E & D/P/Pt)

    Loki

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    R/S/E: Groudon
    Y: Yveltal

    God Types:
    Dark, Psychic, Ground & Poison

    Deity Rules:
    - Mandatory Pokemon: R/B/Y & FR/LG, G/S/C & HG/SS, R/S/E, D/P/Pt, BW & B2W2, XY
    - Give up a Pokemon when you reach the E4
    - At least 2 Pokemon must know a Priority Move

    Freyja

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    D/P/Pt: Uxie or Mesprit

    God Types:
    Fairy, Normal & Fighting

    Deity Rules:
    - Team must be composed of 50% male Pokemon and 50% female Pokemon
    - Battle Mode must be on Set
    - Mandatory Pokemon: R/B/Y & FR/LG, G/S/C & HG/SS, R/S/E, D/P/Pt, BW & B2W2, XY

    Hel

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    R/S/E: Regice
    Platinum: Giratina
    Y: Yveltal

    God Types:
    Fire, Ghost, Dark & Ice

    Deity Rules:
    - Lead Pokemon must have a disturbing Dex Entry ie. Yamask, Gengar, Froslass etc. Also must be 2 higher levels than the rest of the team
    - Any of your Pokemon must know Night Shade, Curse, Destiny Bond, Grudge or Trick-or-Treat
    - Allowed to capture and use any Pokemon you defeated in battle no matter the type (Except for Legendaries)

    Idun

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    BW & B2W2: Virizion
    X: Xerneas

    God Types:
    Grass, Fairy & Ground

    Deity Rules:
    - No Pokemon's weight must exceed 50 pounds (Except for Legendary)
    - Pokemon cannot be on their last evolution
    - If your Pokemon faints, you must release it and recapture the same Pokemon in it's lowest evolutionary line (Doesn't apply when fighting the Elite 4)

    Njord

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    G/S/C: Suicune or Lugia
    SS: Lugia
    BW & B2W2: Tornadus
    X: Xernas

    God Types:
    Water, Flying & Fairy

    Deity Rules:
    - After capturing all your water Pokemon needed, you must use repel every time you wanna cross the water
    - Must sell the item of highest profit everytime you wanna buy something in Pokemarts
    - Water Pokemon must always be first in your party

    Tyr

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    R/S/E: Registeel

    God Types: Steel, Rock & Normal

    Deity Rules:
    - Battle mode must be on Set
    - No Dark type moves
    - Lead Pokemon must have either Constrict, Bind, Block, Wrap or Rock Tomb.

    Gefjon

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    Ruby: Groudon
    BW & B2W2: Virizion & Landorus
    X: Xerneas

    God Types:
    Grass, Bug, Fairy & Ground

    Deity Rules:
    - Only female Pokemon allowed in team
    - Win Bug Catching contest ( Only applies to G/S/C & HG/SS)
    - Must use a Pokemon with visible seeds or flowers

    Jormungandr

    Legendary pokemon Allowed:
    R/S: Regirock
    Emerald: Rayquaza
    Platinum: Giratina
    White: Zekrom

    God Types:
    Grass, Rock, Dragon & Water

    Deity Rules:
    - Team leader must be above 6' tall and must always be first in battles
    - Allowed to get one Pokemon from Thor's type after the Elite 4 (Applies only to G/S/C, HG/SS & Emerald)
    - Must rely on items found only, buying items are prohibited besides for Pokeballs
    - Pokemon cannot learn TMs and must learn moves by leveling up

    Question: Are Dual types outside of the allowed type of the Chosen God permitted? For example, Empoleon is a Water/Steel type. Seeing that Thor can only use Fighting/Steel/Electric/Flying, would that exclude Empoleon?

    Would make sense that the primary type of the pokemon will have be one of the god's allowed ones.
    It'd be awesome if secondarys will be allowed too, though.

    Yeah, it would. But then again, there's no challenge if there were to be an irrelavant type.

    Yes secondary types are allowed! Anyways the challenge would be a bit too restrained on the Pokemon that you're allowed to use^^

    Btw, I will be checking the thread from time to time, but I won't be able to update the challenger section until next week when I will be back from vacation. Good luck everyone :)

    Well, that changes everything. Sadly, I can't start the challenge yet because the NDS is being repaired after a "lethal" drop onto the wooden floor.
