I have been looking at them for days :(

Munna: you have to go to Mr. Pokémon's house near Cherrygrove, then you'll get the Pokédex from Prof. Oak who is visiting him.

Then go back to New Bark, give Silver/Rival a name and you'll be done.

Yep, pigtails do look sweet XD

New Bark = Where you started
Cherrygrove = First city
Near = Only route coming from Cherrygrove (north)
Mr. Pokémon House = Second house in said route.
