Man, I haven't updated in a while. :P Well, that's what happens when exam week comes along I guess...I've spent waaay too much time studying like mad. Anyways, here's an update that's long overdue:

~Flannery: I started the battle with Zane, *thinking* that it would be more benficial to save Delilah for last. Boy, was I WRONG. What a huuuuuge mistake. After a couple of Sword Dances, I was completely open to an unexpected Overheat + Sunny Day combo from Slugma. Instant OHKO. R.I.P, Zane. I'll never forget how amazing you were. I put Delilah in after that, and she quickly made mincemeat out of her remaining Sluggies. Torkoal gave us a tougher time, but it was eventually brought down with a lucky Magnitude 8. Fourth Badge, get!​

~Norman: Muscles and Pippa completely DESTROYED his Pokemon. Both Slakings fell easily to a couple of Low Kicks, and Pippa Mach Punched Vigoroth to monkey Heaven. 'Nuff said. ​

Surfing Fun:​

~After pulverizing our Father, we went into Wally's old house and got HM Surf from his Dad, which I immediatly taught to Bits, now a Linoone. Yes! Now we can FINALLY do some real exploring.
~Our first surfing adventure happened right there in Petalburg, and I finally caught the Water-type I always wanted: Marril! Named him Marco, and evolved him into an Azumarill in no time flat.
~Afterwards, I headed to that one Route above Rustburo that was a dead end before. With our new surfing powers, I decided to go to that secret little island and catch a Jigglypuff or something.
~To my surprise, I found a Swablu instead! Party on! Named her Alice.
~After that, I just went ahead and beat up some Swimmers and traveled through those water routes that we skipped before. Cue Dora the Explorer Theme.
~Caught Kool-Aid the Tentacool on Route 105.
~Surfed to Mauville, and helped Wattson out with the generator at New Mauville. Caught Volt the Voltorb.
~Finally, we reach Route 118! Fortree City, here we come!​

Rain, Rain, and More Rain:​

~Almost immediatly, Steven randomly comes out of nowhere and talks to us for a bit. Um, stalker anyone?
~Caught Stubby the Manectric. Yes, I know it's a duplicate, but having a backup for Luz wouldn't hurt.
~And off begins our adventure through the endless rain of Route 119. Beat some Trainers, gained some levels, yada, yada, yada.
~Caught Brazilla the Tropius. Shortly after, we reach the Weather Institute!
~....which is overun with those idiotic Magma grunts. We smash our way through and faced big baddie Tabitha, whom we nearly lose Kiwi to from a crit Bite. She managed to pull through, luckily.
~We recieve Bradley the Castform as our reward, but since it's technically on Route 119, I won't be using him. He is placed in the Box as a permanent resident.
~We take a small nap, and then head out, only to be interuptted by our good ol' neighbor Brendan. ​

~Brendan: Annihilated him with Draculetta and Kiwi. Kiwi OHKOed Wailmer, while Draculetta took out both Combusken and Shroomish(which he hasn't evolved YET? Is he insane!?). Kiwi evolves into Sceptile after the win.​

~Brendan gives us another gift, HM Fly. Yay! Now if we can just beat Winona...
~Reached Fortree City! We heal, replenished our items (Route 119 is FULL of haxers), and headed to the Gym. Only...there's something in the way! Hmm...what to do?​

I'll take this challenge on. I started one before but never finished it. I'll restart it, the game being Fire Red. Oh by the way, does that only one Pokemon per area rule mean the first wild Pokemon you find? Or can you search over and over until you find the one you want?

Edit: All right, I've already started my challenge. As for my question, I left that in my mind as "up for interpretation" for now. But now it's time for the storytelling portion of my challenge.

Beginning of the adventure:

Pokemon Fire Red: Nuzlocke Challenge​

My name is Geki. I am a Pokemon Trainer, though I'm just a beginner. I went to Professor Oak's lab to recieve a Pokemon. He wasn't there, only my childhood rival, Kaz. I go out and I look for Oak. Just as I'm about to leave Oak calls out for me to stop. He leads me back to his lab where he introduces three Pokemon to me and Kaz. We both stand there, ruminating to ourselves about what Pokemon to choose. I am then called upon to select my lifelong partner. I examine each Pokeball carefully, Professor Oak describing each Pokemon to me. Finally, my decision is made. Oak asks me if I'm sure, and I tell him, "Sure as I'll ever be". I pick up the Pokeball of my new partner, Charmander. "I think I'll call him... Darrell". Kaz, either for his own amusement or just to spite me, chooses Squirtle promptly.

"My Pokemon looks tougher than yours", he says to me in a smug and condescending fashion. "Well I guess I'll take my leave now", I say to Oak before turning to exit the lab. Just then, before I pass the bookcases, Kaz shouts to me: "Hey, let's have a Pokemon battle right here! I'll take you on!" Knowing him, he's just willing to jump into anything, disregarding everything else around him. It's a heated and tense battle, especially considering it's our first one. We sent out our Pokemon and they just kept attacking each other: Scratch, Tackle, Scratch, Tackle... Back and forth they went. The match was close, almost a tie even. And yet, somehow, some way, Darrell manages to make it out on top.

Kaz, with his eternally smug disposition, smirks and says "Smell ya' later!" and leaves. I also exit the lab and immediately make my way towards Viridian City. On the way I encounter a few Pokemon but I just pass them by. I made it there and I go into the Poke Mart. The clerk calls me over to the counter and asks me to deliver a parcel to Professor Oak. I couldn't possibly refuse so I take the package and make my way back to the lab. Kaz also came back, and Oak gives us both Pokedexes and 5 Pokeballs. We exit Pallet Town once more to go fulfill a dream.

Back at Route 1 I search in the tall grass. There, I find a Pidgey. "Perfect", I whisper to myself quietly. The Pidgey sees me however and I'm forced to send out Darrell into the battle. After some time the Pidgey is weakened and I grab my opportunity. I hurl the Pokeball at the Pidgey in an attempt to capture it. Staring down the ball, it shakes and rocks, back and forth. The center glows and dims and makes a ding sound. Right then I realize I have caught my first Pokemon. It's a female Pidgey, so I decided to name her Ace. Fitting name, isn't it?

Moving on, I go to Route 22 and find some grass there. A furious Mankey quickly greets me there. Once again I send out Darrell to weaken the Pokemon. I toss a Pokeball at it and, once again, it's a successful capture. This is a female Mankey, but I decide not to name this one. Back to the Pokemon Center, I heal my Pokemon. We train some more and they become stronger. Having an almost telepathic sense of my rival, I go back to Route 22. As fate would have it, I meet Kaz there. "If you're thinking of going to the Pokemon League, forget it! You probably don't have any badges yet. The guards won't let you through if you don't have any." Once he's done with his little tangent, we start another battle. He had caught a Pidgey earlier and sends it out. Darrell enters the fray once more, but even more powerful. He give the Pidgey a hearty Ember and it goes down. Kaz is about to send out his Squirtle and I know that Darrell isn't really too good of a match for it so I send out Ace. Ace, knowing Gust, uses it on Squirtle several times. She took a little damage, but Ace came out the victor and I beat Gary once more.

Once that's over he departs once more. I make my way to Route 2 after purchasing more Pokeballs and I capture a Rattata there. I name him Gnaw. I continue walking, however, I stop for a second. I take in the sight my eyes are viewing. "Viridian Forest..." I had never been there before in my life. Yet, there I was, standing face to face with the natural maze. I enter and it's somewhat dark there. I see tall grass in front of me and I search for a second. Suddenly, I see a spark. A quick, electrical spark in the grass. I see a dark yellow silhouette of a mouse. It turns quickly and tries to give me a shock. I manage to move out of the way quickly and send out Darrell. Darrell gives it a Scratch and weakens it greatly. "Whatever this is, I'm going to capture it right now." I throw the Pokeball and hit the target. Once again, successful capture. I take out my Pokedex and register this Pokemon. "An electric type... Pikachu." It's a male so I nickname it Electro.

Once again I make my way back to Viridian and heal up again. I purchase some Antidotes, Potions, and a few more Pokeballs. I take the time to train my Pokemon. They become stronger, but I fear this may not be enough at the moment. I sense that great dangers will come in my future, as well as the futures of my Pokemon.

My very first Pokemon and my closest partner. He's the strongest at the moment and very energetic. We're going to be together for the longest time.

Swift, quick, and empowered, Ace is my first official flying type Pokemon. She is the third fastest though, beaten by Darrel and Electro.

The strongest of the group right now. She'll come in handy for Brock, but I have another plan for him...

Gnaw the Rattata
Male, lvl 9
-Tackle
-Tail Whip
-Quick Attack

Small but strong, Gnaw is probably the most eager for battles. This isn't always a good thing, evidenced by the fact that he's almost died in two or three battles.

Electro the Pikachu
Male, lvl 9
-Thundershock
-Growl
-Tail Whip
-Thunder Wave
The second main attraction of the group is the extremely rare Electro. This is the fastest Pokemon of the team and is only going to get faster. Calm and collected in certain situations, but a bit of a troublemaker here or there.

Tell me what you think guys. I'll continue the story telling if you like it, but be prepared for huge walls of text. Also, please let me know about that single Pokemon per area rule if you're supposed to catch the first Pokemon of an area. Hope you like it!

Edit 2: All right guys, I'm back with another update of my Nuzlocke run of Fire Red. Hope you like how this turned out.

Through Viridian Forest and to the First Gym Battle:

I go through Route 2 and once again I'm in front of Viridian Forest. I go inside and take in my surroundings, the scent of the forest. It's a pleasing smell, full of tranquility and calmness even. Then I realize I can't linger on it for too long. I have an objective and that's to find the exit to this place. It's a rather large forest though, and I find many dead ends. I also find several Bug Trainers along the way who are easily defeated by my buffed up Pokemon. Not wanting to spend too much more time here, I make my way out of this dreaded forest.

Finally, I'm at the other side of Route 2. I instinctively go towards the patch of grass there. Of course, I find a wild Pokemon there. It's a Caterpie which I capture. "I think I'll call him Dante." With Darrell and Electro on each of my shoulders I've finally made it to Pewter City. I heal up at the Pokemon Center and I go back to get some more training in. Dante eventually evolves into a Metapod, and not to long after into a Butterfree. Darrell also learns an awesome move, Metal Claw. "This will come in handy at that gym", I muse to myself. We immediately make it into the gym and I encouter the first trainer. Not wanting to let Darrell hog all the fame and glory, I send Dante out. The psychic technique, Confusion, makes quick work of the first trainer's Pokemon.

"Soon enough, the time comes. We reach our first Gym Leader battle, Brock, who uses Rock type Pokemon. I send out Darrell first this time. Naturally, first reactions would be to laugh. "Do you seriously think you can take us on with that newt?" Brock taunts. Darrell replies, "Oh, I don't think I can take you on. I KNOW I can." The fight starts with Darrell battling Geodude. Brock commands a Tackle which does some damage to Darrell. However, I reveal my trump over Rock types. "Metal Claw!", I command to Darrell. Soon enough, steel claws a tearing away at the Geodude and it faints. Brock by now is immensely surprised. He sends out his next and final Pokemon, Onix. Darrell whispers to me, "I don't know about this one. I can't take it on right now." Letting skepticism take over, I take Darrell out of the battle. Mankey is up next against the giant rock snake. Two Low Kicks later and Onix is taken down. "We did it!" all my Pokemon cheer. I accept the Boulder Badge and TM he offers to us. We make our way out of the gym and are ready to move on.

Going to Mt. Moon:

With no freak accidents occurring yet, I move my way onto the next Route. One of the Professor's aides gives me the running shoes, which help me get from place to place faster. On Route 3 I find many other trainers along the way. They made good training opportunities and I move on. There's a large patch of tall grass that just calls out to me. I am taken in by its beckoning and I promtly find a Jigglypuff there. I capture it and name her Puffin. At Route 4 I do not capture a Pokemon in the tall grass. I had heard earlier from someone that a man was selling Magikarp for 500. It's a pretty steep price to pay, but I buy one. It's here I think to myself that I'll name him Carnage because of the pure chaos he'll bring with him sometime down the line.

Before going into Mt. Moon I train some more. I raise the strength of each Pokemon by a considerable amount. "It's time to go guys. Ready?", I ask them. "Let's go already!", Darrell replies eagerly. "I guess so..." says Ace quietly. "Come on, come on, let's go, let's go!", Electro says, excitedly. "Let's go", Mankey responds promptly. "The sooner we start, the sooner we finish", says Dante, who turns out to be thinking out loud. "We'll take anything that comes our way!", shouts Gnaw bravely. "Okay, let's do this."

Traversing Mt. Moon:

Mt. Moon, we soon figure out, is a very mellow cave. There's a sort of weird feeling to it, almost like staring at the moon for some time. We look around and we encounter a Paras very soon. I capture it and yet I'm unable to think of a name for it. Sadly, it'll probably end up a Cut slave, but whatever. I encounter many trainers which provide good training. Darrell even evolved into Charmeleon during that time. Dante and Gnaw were the main attractions of these battles as well. Dante laid down the status effects and Gnaw did what he does best; gnawing (Hyper Fang).

Towards the end, we encounter someone who's found two fossils. He's not willing to let us pass without a battle, so what choice do we have? Of course we dominate the battle and he offers us one of the fossils. I select the Dome fossil and go on my way. In this section of Route 4 I catch an Ekans that I name Vipes.

Nugget Bridge, Bill's House, and the 2nd Gym Battle:

After training a bit more I find my rival walking down a bridge. I am quickly challenged to a battle. He sends out his level 17 Pidgeotto (HAX) first, which I intercept completely with Electro. He sends out Rattata next and I retaliate with Darrell. I use a quick Metal Claw and then Ember to take it down. He sends his Squirtle out, and I use Dante with his Sleep Powder just to screw with Kaz a bit. Finally, he sends out Abra, who gives good experience to Ace.

Now that the rival battle is done I take on the Nugget Bridge challenge. I just breeze through it using Ace mostly and she evolves into Pidgeotto. I encounter a Rocket Grunt at the end who is sadly too weak to take me on. I search around tall grass and I soon find an Abra. A Sleep Powder and Tackle from Dante is enough to capture it. I make my way towards Bill's house with some trainer battles spotting the way. I help him out of his little Pokemon dilemma and he gives me a ticket to go on the SS Anne. I go back to Cerulean City to complete some unfinished business.

I go into Cerulean Gym where I find some Water type Pokemon trainers. "This is just easy pickings!" Electro comments. The leader, Misty was a little more trouble though. Staryu was easy, went down in two Thundershocks. However, I have to have Dante help with the Starmie. Dante knows Supersonic by now and I use that along with Sleep Powder to stop Starmie in its tracks. I switch Electro back in and he luckily finishes the job before Starmie wakes up. It's another gym win and I have the Cascade Badge in my possession.

After this I head to Vermilion City. I see Diglett's Cave not too far out of the way. There I catch a level 20 Diglett, probably the most useful Pokemon to have at this point right now.

As you can see, Darrell has gotten an immense level boost since last time you saw him. Still rising though, he's going to gain a lot more strength in a short amount of time.

One of the best assets to my team. She takes down opposing Grass types very quickly and helps out a lot with other types.

Mankey
Female, lvl 18

Great against Rock and Normal types, and dangerous to heavy Pokemon. Very powerful with the second highest attack stat at the moment.

Electro the Pikachu
Male, lvl 23

-Double Team
-Slam

He's fast. Like, REALLY fast. He runs circles around other Pokemon like nothing. He's my main offense against Water types and the only one against Flying types.

Dante the Butterfree
Male, lvl 19
-Tackle
-Supersonic
-Sleep Powder
-Confusion

The Compoundeyes ability giving Butterfree the great accuracy boost has proven helpful several times. Sleep Powder is almost always a guaranteed hit because of it. He's just loaded up to give status problems to the opposing teams.

Diggy the Diglett
Male, lvl 22

-Fury Swipes
-Magnitude
-Dig

Brand new addition to the team, but had to replace Gnaw (sorry Gnaw!). It was a good choice though as I'll be needing him for the next set of battles. Only 4 levels from evolving too!

Here's the Natures of all my pokemon to get a sense of their personality

-Chamander (Until I reach the Name Rater) is Naive (Is actully very smart but she can get out of hand some times)

- Vladamir the Mankey is mild in nature (He usually likes to be afar when the group is fighting among themselves but will join in on certain occasions...

- Zira the Pidgey is Lax (She rather likes to lounge in her pokeball rather than battle

-I Annihilated Brock with Vladamir. (He said "If all the Gym leaders, The It's going to be the same result.) I mummbled right after " Becaused I trained you" To which he gave me a Leer*
-I met and Caught Nidoran(Male)which was named Henry, is also Naive. ( He's the self-proclaimed leader of the group.)

- Later on, Charmander Evolved into a Charmeleon (She shrugged and said, "It's only Natural") She's a handful always fighting for supremacy of the team with Henry

-In Mount Moon- I met another Lax natured Pokemon; A Zubat named Lucifer. (He has an inner Dark side but is more or less useless right now. He does like to fly at slow paces unlike his kind.

I'm finally starting one of these!

I'll do it with FireRed, and observe rules 1, 3, 4, 5, and 7. I will also leave all healing to Pokemon Centers up to the Elite Four, when I can use items - a variant on rule #2.

Also, for rule #3, I will only be able to catch the first Pokemon encountered, unless it's a duplicate, then I have a choice as to whether to catch it or the first non-duplicate.

Okay, so my second time against Gary in Cerulean City, Squirtle killed everyone. I failed... I had Charmeleon, Magikarp, and Spaerow, and a L3 Rattata in my box.

I really needed to keep my Mankey alive through Viridian Forest (died to a crit), as I had to sacrifice my Butterfree to Brock, so I was left with just Charmeleon after Pewter City.

I will start over, hopefully things go better this time around. Maybe start with Squirtle/Bulbasaur? Although I really like Charizard.

The Sixth Gym:

~Unable to bypass the mysterious invisible object blocking us, we are forced to skip the Gym for now. Thus, we head to Route 120 instead.
~I decide not to catch anything here, as it's all the same Pokemon anyway. I skip the grass and head straight for the bridge. Look who's there? It's Steven, again!
~He shows us this gadget that can get rid of those invisible things, which turn out to be Kecleon! We catch him, and name him Rango. Steven gives us the Devon Scope afterwards and flies away. How convenient.
~Now that we can get into the Gym, we head there, and it's time to face...Winona!
~Winona: Luz easily defeats Swellow with no problems. I was beginning to think this was gonna be another easy win, until she sent out Altaria. With Earthquake. It wasn't a good situation for Luz, so I sent out Draculetta instead, and started whipping down it's health. I used Confuse Ray, she healed, and during that turn I switched back to Luz, hoping that Altaria would hit itself. Nu-uh. That's not what happened. One Earthquake, and Luz was a goner. R.I.P Luz. My main type advantage gone, I switched back to Draculetta, praying that superior levels would help me out. A few Air Cutters and Hyper Potions later, Pellipper was down. All that left was Skarmory. I switched to Marco, thinking that Rollout would be super effective. Wrong. I forgot that Skarmory's Steel typing would negate that weakness. Darn it. She kept on Aerial Acing me, and I kept on Rolling. Marco was down to orange, and I couldn't even heal because of stupid Rollout. By some miracle, Marco surivives the next Aerial Ace with 4 HP, and the next turn Skarmory is dead.
~After that disaster of a gym battle, we mourn for Luz, and place her in the box with the rest of 'em. I place Alice as our next crew member. I immediately teach her Fly due to her lack of a moveset, and grind her furiously.
~We travel through Routes 121 and 122, beating up some trainers and gaining serious levels.
~Caught Grim the Duskull at Route 121.
~We spy Team Magma later on, marching off to Mt. Pyre. It's either the Safari Zone or Mt. Pyre. Hmm...what to do?
~Our noble hearts decided on Mt. Pyre and we head there. Caught Pixie the Vulpix. :)
~We traveled up, beating some grunts along the way. Unfortunetly, we're too late, and Maxie has stolen the Blue Orb! Oh noez!
~We are given the Red Orb(which is the right one, haha), and explore through the rest of Mt. Pyre. We mourn for the others who had fallen on our journey.
~Caught Gloria the Gloom on Route 123.
~I went on a catching spree at the Safari Zone(I played by the rule of one Poke per area), and caught Gina the Girafarig, Peach the Pikachu, Rudy the Rhyhorn, and Gemini the Doduo.
~We fly back to Slateport, where we walk into the middle of Capt. Stern's(remember him?) interview about some sea expedition. However, Maxie ruins tha fun and steals the sub, taking off for who knows where. Really now. The game of tag is on!
~Reached Lilycove City.

The Troublesome Twins and the Seventh Gym:

~Healed up, and then we headed to the Dept. Store, where we are challenged to our last fight with Brendan!
~Brendan: Easy as usual. Pippa took out Wailmer, Draculetta took out Combusken and Shroomish, and Marco finished off Swellow. He flies away, finally giving us access to the store. But that's for later. Right now, it's Magma busting time!
~We crash their hideout, beat up more grunts, and steal some items. We reach Tabitha, who was a piece of cake for Pippa and Marco. However, we're too late again and Maxie takes off for some cavern under the sea. Darn.
~We head back to Lilycove, where I go on a HUUUGE shopping spree and buy tons of items for our long sea travel. I finish leveling Alice, and she evolves into an Altaria :)
~We travel through Route 124, and finally reach Mossdeep City a couple hundred Tentacools and Trainers later.
~Healed up, and had a brief visit with Steven at his house, who gives us HM Dive. I figured my team needed more levels for the twins, so I skipped the Gym for now and headed for Pacifidlog.
~While surfing, a misjudgement on my part and a critical Bubblebeam from a stupid Tentacool killed Muscles. R.I.P, Muscles. :(
~I rush back to the Center, debating on who to put on next. After some deliberation, Grim is our new team member. We raise him and he evolves into Dusclops.
~Reached Pacifidlog Town, AKA the city I never spell right. We go through the currents on the left side, and after a couple of tries we manage to beat all of the Trainers. I feel we're ready, so it's time to face Liza & Tate!
~Liza & Tate: These guys were ALWAYS hard, even on a normal run. This time was no different. God, they were so freakin hard. I decided to put out Grim and Marco first, hoping that super effective moves would get me through. We started attacking, and they went on Calm Minding, making Psychic all the more powerful. Lunatone puts Marco to sleep at one point, and we nearly lose him. And then Solrock(darn them for being so smart!) used Sunny Day, which cut Marco's water attacks. Nonetheless, some combo attacks managed to knock out Solrock. One down, one to go. Now that Solrock was gone, I switch out Marco for Kiwi. And then, Lunatone goes ahead and uses Psychic on Grim, which is an instant OHKO with all the Calm Minds they did before. At this point, it was up to Kiwi and Alice. I caught a lucky break when Lunatone got paralyzed with Dragonbreath, but I missed my chance to finish it once and for all. Thus began an endless round of Leaf Blades and Dragonbreaths, until FINALLY they run out of Hyper Potions and we kill the darn thing. Man, that was tough.
~Afterwards, I replace Grim with Apollo. His life was shortlived, but he helped out a ton with the twins.

Saving the World, At A Price:

~Well, Apollo died while grinding, sadly. R.I.P, Apollo. Good to have ya, though it was short.
~I still desperately needed a Fire Pokemon, however, so I got Pixie out of the box and started raising her. Luckily, she survived my intense grinding and is now a part of our *hopefully* final crew.
~That done, I taught good ol' Marco Dive, and we were off to finally crush Maxie once and for all!
~We found them at their underwater location: Seafloor Cavern. It's Magma Busting time!
~A few Grunts and Strength puzzles later, we are face to face with Maxie. He wasn't so tough, with Pippa OHKOing Mightyena. However, things took a different turn when his Crobat came out. It confused Marco, and I tried countering with Rollout. However, Marco kept hitting himself, and a couple Wing Attacks later, he was down in the red zone. It was that unlucky moment that Marco's Rollout finally hit, and now I couldn't freakin heal due to it. Alas, the inevitable happened: we lost Marco. Nooooooo!!! R.I.P, Marco. *sniff* Despite the loss, we had a battle to finish, so Draculetta took out Crobat and Alice finished things off with Camrupt.
~Maxie then uses the Red Orb to awaken Groudon, but instead of controlling it, an angry Groudon flies off to who knows where. Maxie is shocked beyond belief, and he gets a report that suddenly, there is an extreme amount of sunlight outside.
~Maxie takes us outside to see for himself, and indeed, it's incredibly sunny outside. Too much so. Team Aqua's Archie comes out of nowhere and starts lecturing Maxie on what he'd done, and then they run off, telling us to leave this mess to them. Um, not gonna happen, when it was all your fault in the first place.
~Stalker Steven comes right on cue, telling us to head to Sootopolis, then flying off. What, no free ride? Man, I gotta do EVERYTHING around here.
~Off we go underwater again, catching Cho the Chinchou along the way. We finally find the cave, and we dive up to Sootopolis City!
~The city's completely deserted, everyone taking cover from the heat. We head up the cliffs, where we meet up with Steven, and a new face: Wallace, the final Gym Leader.
~They take us to the Cave of Origin, and we head inside, Time to save the world and put Groudon in its place!
~We do so, and grab HM Waterfall along the way. Alice makes quick work of Groudon, and he gives us a measly 1400 EXP points. Huh. I was expecting more from a legendary, but oh well.
~We head out to a peaceful Sootopolis, and we find Steven standing outside the gym doors. He bids us good luck on our final gym match, and flies off, yet again. I won't challenge Wallace quite yet, though. We have to find a new crew member first.

~It was a pretty easy decision this time. I picked Cho, whose Water/Electric typing will do wonders against Wallace. I quickly grind him and he evolves into Lanturn. Now, it's time for our final gym battle!
~Wallace: His first two, Luvdisc and Sealeo, were cakewalk for Cho. But Milotic proved to be exceptionally annoying, using Recover every chance it got and even freezing me a couple times. Plus, it kept snapping out of Cho's Confuse Rays. We wern't getting anywhere with Cho, so I risked an Ice Beam and switched out for Kiwi. Luckily, Milotic finally hit itself and we killed the darn thing with Leaf Blade. Cho finished off Seaking, and there you have it: our last badge, get!
~Now begins our looooong journey to the Pokemon League. I'll probably grind. And then grind some more. God, I have so much grinding to do. Anyway, the team you see below is most likely, the League Crew.

Ok, first update.
I begin my adventure and see the story about the red Gyarados and visit my friend Barry. Barry tells me to head out to the lake, and fines me. We find the briefcase and are attacked by wild Starly, I choose Piplup as my starter. We defeat the Starly's and head to professer to tell him about what happened. He agrees to let us keep the pokemon and I name my Piplup Kenny. Dawn, Rowan's assistant showsme all the key places and stuff. I gop back and train KENNY to level 8. In short I basically get majority of the earlie game stuff done.

Second Update!
After learning how to catch Pokemon, I go out on my own. I encounter a Starly, catch it and name her Kaylee. I grind up Kaylee and Kenny and head to route 204. I encounter a Budew but kill it, so no catching there. I beat all the trainers for more training. I go to Raveged Path, and catch a dreaded Zubat, I name it Kyle, box it and continue. I move on to route 203 and easily take out Barry. I fail to catch another Starly. I head out to Oreberg pass and catch a Geodude, name him Kevin. I make it to oreberg but before the gym I head out to route 207 to train and get another Pokemon. Kevin falls during a battle against a Machop, I catch the Machop and name her Kim.

UPDATE!!!!
I visit Oreburg mine but the first wild encounter is a zubat so screw it. I battle all the trainers and meet Roark. I grind up all my Pokes and easily get through the gym easily. I head back to Jublife and kick some galactic butt. I visit ravaged path again and miss Kevin (RIP). I visit floromatown and beat some more galactic. I fail to catch a couple buizels and heas to eterna forest. I use Cheryl to level up like crazy and catch a Wurmple and name her Karla. I level them all up to 20 and go to the Gym. I kill through Gardenia with Kaylee. Thats all for now. Dont wanna upload screenies so.

>Surf, Aqua Jet, Ice Beam, Metal Claw

Finally has Ice Beam, Surf is for regular STAB stuff, so is Metal Claw. Aqua Jet hasn't been used yet, but I'm saving it for a tricky situation.

Chaore - Level 40 @ Amulet Coin
>Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Strength, Megahorn

Love this thing to death. Ever since I gave it Flamethrower I don't have to worry about Static business. Fire Blast is for the more bulky Pokemon. Strength is the new Stomp 2.0 and Megahorn is Megahorn.

Emmy - Level 40 @ Miracle Seed
>Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Sunny Day, Substitute

She has no new moves but she doesn't need them. Subseed is the main niche for her and Magical Leaf is where she attacks. Sunny Day is staying for awhile just in case for Candice, then I'll replace it with Giga Drain or something.

Suukarin - Level 40 @ Odd Keystone
>Attack Order, Gust, Power Gem, Heal Order

Current Team Leader (see bellow for Team Leader notes) and she rocks. I was going to give her Triple Order + Power Gem set but I need Gust as it lets her be a really nice counter to all these Fighting-typed Pokemon.

Chimaru - Level 40 @ Quick Claw
>Rock Tomb, Zen Headbutt, Ancient Power Assurance

It used to be lacking, until I realized Ancient Power still does a lot for it's "bad Sp.Atk". I use it more than Rock Tomb now since it's accurate. The other two are for coverage.

Lucky - Level 40 @ Shell Bell
>Air Slash, Yawn, Aura Sphere, Fly

Ex-Team Leader (see bellow for Team Leader note) but it's OK since she did well when she was one. I used to have Fire Blast/Ancient Power/Secret Power/Fly but Air Slash is way too good, I need Yawn for catching/harder bosses and Aura Sphere is the best coverage move.

Team Leader Clause!

I started using it after I saw SooperBlah doing a simmilar scheme. Basically, after every Gym, I must RNG 1 number 1-6 and who ever is on the same Party Slot as that number is the Team Leader.These are what Team Leaders do:

1) Team Leaders must always hold a wortheless-in-battle item, like Odd Keystone or Pokeball. These are their "Team Flag"

2) Once while it is holding the Team Flag, it is immune to death when it is K.O'd. You cannot use this in a Rival/Gym Leader/Commander/Boss/Elite Four/Champion Battle.

3) If the Team Leader dies, you fail the Nuzlocke

4) The Team Leader must participate in the battles mentioned in Rule 2 and must K.O at least 1 Pokemon. If not the Team Leader dies (I do not fail the Nuzlocke)

5) In a Elite Four or Champion match, rule 2 and rule 3 are null. Instead, if the Team Leader dies, you give Team Leader status to another Pokemon.
