No, this is completely different thred from the other one. NO relation whatsoever to the old one, so it's basically just claiming time. If there's something wrong with the rules I'll change it. I typed most of this in the dead of night so I'd expect at least one thing wrong with the rules.

i'll fix whatever needs fixing, and update both people who want updates in a few minutes.

EDIT: I know that took longer than I said it would. My computer crapped up on me, and cut off my internet for a couple hours. But it's all updated now.
