-Take a Driftloon must know memento and can only evolve after beating Maylene
-Take a Lickilicky. It must solo Byron to evolve, know Lick, and must be caught holding a Lagging Tail. Oh, and it must be nicknamed BERO(If you are wondering, that is Japanese for Tongue

Hey guys, I still need one more Pokemon for my Emerald Scramble. Would be muchly appreciated if I could get a starter.

Take a Treecko. May only evolve to second form after 4 gyms. Then Final form after Victory Road. Must know 1 absorbing move Screech.

Suicune, get an Eevee that can only have normal type moves, and Bite; and can't evolve.
Suicune you get a Spinarak that must know String Shot at all times and can only evolve after Soloing Bugsy or if can't do that after you beat Morty.

Suicune- Take a rattata. Must not evolve until it learns Super Fang (lvl 34) and must learn and keep Blizzard and Swagger.

Suicune - Take the Goldenrod Game Corner Abra and name it USELESS. Cannot evolve until you beat Clair. Cannot hold any item.

And update for my challenge:

Got a Pikachu and named him Abe because that seemed the best thing to do at the time.

Did that fetch quest stuff for Oak and caught a Mankey and named him Gus because that name is rad.

Grinded Abe and Gus to level 10 and kicked my rival's ass for the second time.

Had Abe and Gus take out ever wild Pokemon and Bug Catcher in Viridian Forest and entered Pewter.

Defeated Brock using Gus only, fun times.

Beat that creepy shorts kid using Abe.

Enjoyed a quick jaunt through Mount Moon with the Damn Bats.

Grinded Abe and Gus west of Cerulean to level 21 and 20 respectively.

Pleryt, take Pachirisu. Its moveset must be Shock Wave, Charge Beam, ThunderPunch, and Magnet Rise. Its nickname must be "Burke Pwns". It must forget all other moves as soon as possible and cannot use any non-Electric moves no matter what, including status moves. Since ThunderPunch and Magnet Rise are move tutor moves, it can be traded to another Pt/HG/SS if possible to learn them; otherwise, you're stuck. It must have the ability Run Away and hold an Oran Berry all the way through. It must solo Gardenia, and also solo Byron's Magneton and Bastiodon. If it faints, you are not allowed to revive it at a Pokémon Center if you have a Revive, Max Revive, or Sacred Ash in your bag. It must be at least 3 levels higher than any other Pokémon in your party or PC, excluding legendaries, at all times starting with the Fantina battle. If you fight Crasher Wake fifth, you are not allowed to use it in the battle.

pleryt16: Use a Chimchar. It may evolve into Infernape once it only knows moves of one type; after that, you may teach and/or reteach it moves of any type. It may only take part in two Gym Leader Battles and one E4 battle of your choice (including the champion).

So far I've beat the Lavander tower, and unlocked the way to Saffron. Not much else. Gonna go kill me some snorlax to get to my venonat.
